Well the doc dun went and sent me home today. I got some kinda bug that has me way under the weather since yesterday. We put together some good ol' fashioned home made chicken soup to try and combat this thing because I have duty tomorrow and I do not want to have to let down my shipmate's by being layed up. Hopefully after resting today I will feel better tomorrow.

Yeah a couple of us at work got sent home today apparently. One of my Chief's stopped by the house here to check on me. I just got up a little bit ago. I am going to eat some more soup for dinner tonight and hopefully get a really good night's rest. I am feeling a bit better but I know I got a long way to go and a short time to get there for feeling 100% before tomorrow.

Back to feeling about 90% better now, definitely tired though having woke up for work yesterday at 4 am and been going hard every since LMAO I am so loopy it isn't even funny. I was singing the Eurythmics "Here Comes The Rain Again" on watch this morning every time it started LOL Home now though and definitely relaxing tonight for another long one tomorrow. I am down to 192 Pounds now and still dropping

I gotta say though it is nice to be able to fit into some of the clothes I have not worn in over three years since I injured my knee. Kinda feels good I am definitely going to be having steaks tomorrow for dinner though That has really not been affecting my weight loss though, I am still losing even enjoying steaks once or twice a week

Yeah we had the "Mineman Birthday Celebration" today at work celebrating 70 years of their rating being in existence I have tomorrow off to take care of some vital meetings at the kids' school then duty on Saturday. The Greatest news of all though is that for the first time in 17 years I actually have my Birthday off WOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! HOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

I just can't wait for the chance to get my .... up there because I gots stuffs I need to pick up from you and drop off to you

Yeah Saturday duty does suck but I am very thankful that we have Monday off as well I was off to take care of some school stuffs with the kids today so that too was very nice. I also was able to get my grocery shopping done except for the meats thus far. Way below my budget and ready to roll on for a connection on a decent deal for meats from one of my shipmate's who has a "Meat Guy" he gets his meats from at cost Not sure if it is grass fed though so I will have to look into that. If not I will go to my normal source at sprouts and get what I truly need to stick to and that is grass fed and grass finished beef. It is making me healthier, happier and much leaner by far

On the vaping front. I received some new Bauway Cleartanks today. It is basically a bottom coil CE4 type Clearomizer, but all clear injection molder upper with a replaceable bottom coil, but the best part it is is very inexpensive at $2.50 and it vapes like a dream.

That thing actually looks really nice for only $2.50 and if it vapes good then that is a serious added bonus I just can't wait until I can get a valid weekend off so I can come up there Looks like it will most likely be around the 1st when I will be able to get up there.

Just trying to stay gainfully employed today so I am creating a 138 slide powerpoint presentation to present for training on Wednesday LOL That should get the point across for the topic at hand
