I've seen this with the letters out of order, but this is the first time I've seen it with numbers.
Good example of a Brain Study: If you can read this OUT LOUD, you have a strong mind. And better than that:

Alzheimer's is a long long, way down the road before it ever gets anywhere near you.

To my 'selected' strange-minded friends: If you can read the following paragraph, forward it on to your friends with 'yes' in the subject line. Only great minds can read this. This is weird, but interesting!

If you can read this, you have a strange mind, too.

Can you read this? Only 55 people out of 100 can.

Shoot buddy!
What did I tell you about trying to maim yourself? You are really pushing it physically my friend. Remember.....you are not getting any younger. :blush:
I hope it is just a sprain and you didn't tear anything bud.
J.

Yeah man, I am getting to that twilight time where I need to find less physical methods of contributing largely to the Command. I am in generally great health for my age, my blood pressure was 104/64 today for crying out loud, that is as good as a 20 year old. I just wish my joints would not give me so many troubles all the time. They say that if it requires surgery it could take up to ten months to completely get me back to about 80% of where I am now, but I may never be at 100% again. That one cast a long nasty shadow on my day so I too am hoping it is just a pull or sprain and not a tear.

Guess I am sitting this weekend out Brother, Love the Letter/Number game :D I love those tings because I can read them verbatim with no problems at all :D

Have a great evening my Friend :D
Sincerely;
Nate

Yes, I have no problem reading that stuff either. It is kinda cool though how our mind interprets things huh?
God I hope you don't have any real issues Nate and your injuries are just superficial. Yes a tear like that used to be career ending for sports stars, but they have improved the repair methods so drastically. Even Crabtree came back from a Achilles Tear from preseason to now and he looks really good.

J,

Good Morning my Friend;

I have been watching that show Brain Games a lot since it was one of the only things on one day when I was down in Florida on a trip and it is really amazing how many tings our brains can do to make stuff appear correct even if they are totally out of whack.

I agree, I just wish some of the stuff they can do for football players would be applied to some of us Military folks, that would be great indeed :D Crabtree made an amazing recovery for sure :D He did Great last week in the game :D

Well as I expected it is the morning after and I have a lot of soreness and stiffness after a fairly good night's sleep. Woke myself up a couple times throughout the night moving wrong so that kinda sucked but over all I guess I am doing okay, just gotta keep off it as much as possible.

Hope you have a Great Day today Brother :D
Sincerely;
Nate

Definitely try and rest bro,
You gotta keep off that thing for a while if it is going to get better quickly. That really sucks bud. I am really sorry that happened.
How's your arm doing?
J.

Good afternoon Brother,

Well I went ahead and went down and picked up my medicines and they seem to be helping a lot with the pain so that is at least a good thing. I have the feeling that within the next couple of days my knee is gonna look like a scared chameleon LOL All kinds of interesting colors :D Oiy I wish this had not happened, Being able to feel around a little and judging by the lack of motion capabilities in it I am fairly certain I tore some ligaments in there pretty badly. I cannot bend it hardly at all, I think I have about 20% of normal vertical movement and maybe 5% of normal lateral movement. Not good but only time and an MRI will tell. Here's hoping for the best my Friend.

Hope you are having a great day Brother.
Sincerely;
Nate

I really hope for the best, of course, my friend.
I am glad to hear you are at least in less pain bro.
I hope you have a good evening my friend,
Jason

I do too Brother, I do too. The more time goes by though the less movement I have in it and the swelling is getting more pronounced. I am icing it down about every two hours or so with towels and ice packs, that seems to bring down the swelling when accompanied by the arnicare cream I am using as well. This one could be a bit worse than I previously thought LOL. It is amazing how much pain one can learn to endure and become tolerant to :D

Gonna take my meds and hit the rack my Friend, have a great night my Friend :D
Sincerely;
Nate

I surely hope it is not too serious bro,
I hate thinking that you are going to have to endure a long recovery. Especially with the medical attention you have been receiving lately. :(
I hope it feels better tomorrow bro.
J.

Good Morning my Friend;

I am keeping up hope for sure that it is not too serious, I do not want to be down too long for sure. Hopefully it will just be a severe sprain and not require surgery, knowing my luck though I doubt it. Only time will tell though, I will just stay off it all weekend and hope to get an appointment for an MRI this week to see the extent of the damage.

Hope you are having a great day today and GO NINERS!!!!

Sincerely;
Nate

I am definitely with you there bud,
Anytime you can avoid surgery, the better, in my opinion.

Yes, I am certainly hoping the niners can somehow pull this one off bro! :)
J.

I agree wholeheartedly Brother, Surgery is the last thing I want. I am breaking out the entire gamut of attack gear for this knee to make sure it has minimal swelling and pain. I want the MRI as soon as possible so we can move forward with whatever needs to be done. If it does require surgery I know it can take a very very long time to get back to normal. So I am staying put and just watching football today in the hopes of this thing reducing the swelling enough to get an MRI sooner.

Hope you are having a very relaxing day Brother :D
Sincerely;
Nate

Good morning my friend! :)
Yes that was a tough loss yesterday. Great game for certain, but it's always tough seeing your team go down.
I hope you are feeling better today Nate,
J.

Good Morning Brother;

I agree, it is always hard to watch your team lose but they certainly played their hearts out yesterday for sure. It was good to see them give it everything they had. That injury on 53 made my knee hurt because it is pretty much what my knee did only mine went the other direction. Mine went out and away from the body instead of under and inward. It is starting to feel a little better now that some of the initial swelling is going down a little bit. Not much but definitely visible that the swelling is going down some.

Hope you are having a great morning my Friend :D
Sincerely;
Nate

Yeah, that is a horrible injury for certain.
I hope you knee is getting better bro. I hope you are not in too much pain my man.
J.

Good evening my Friend;

It is starting to feel a little better. I have to go to work tomorrow so hopefully it will be good enough to get me by the work day. I have a lot of appointments coming up for this to nail down exactly how much damage was done and what we will need to do to fix it and get me back to normal.

In other news, I did pick up one of them there Code readers for the car and lemme tell ya that was one of the best 53 bucks I ever spent :D It diagnosed the car when the light comes on and gives you the code that set it off and can even reset it to make sure it was not just a fluke :D I like this little bugger :D

Hope you have a very restful evening my Friend and talk with ya tomorrow:D
Sincerely;
Nate
