I do too Brother, I got some decent sleep last night so time to go back to the grind and hope they don't screw with me too much at the simulator today LMAO I know they will though due to me being a weather guy, they gotta throw in some interesting weather when I am driving

Oh yeah, definitely a much needed break.
They definitely put us through the ringer in the lab today but we took it in stride the way we always do and knocked it out of the park
It has been very very nice the past couple of days here as well. A little dry and a little chili early in the morning but turning out to be awesome days once the sun comes up

I do too my Friend, it is so nice to go outside and enjoy it. I just hate the whole time change thing because my body clock is still set to DST and I keep waking up at 4 am LMAO No Bueno!! No worries though I am working on getting that internal clock reset to the correct time

I am having a great Friday, just picked up some fresh produce to use for my shakes for tomorrow since I have duty on the boat tomorrow. I am going to try something new this time and add some vanilla Greek Yogurt to it as well That should make it even more filling and satisfying as well as add some protein to the mix

Yeah technically I should not be having any dairy products on the Paleo style program but I need a little extra filler in my shakes so I just threw some plain vanilla Greek Yogurt in there to be able to make them more filling.
