Good Evening My Friend

Yes I was definitely good to go for the Weigh In this morning 192 pounds Now for tomorrow morning and the actual physical portion with the push ups, sit ups and run. Then Off to the Doctor to schedule my Surgery on my right arm to get it fixed because it is horribly tore up at the moment. I can push as hard as I want on anything unfortunately I cannot lift anything heavier than 10 pounds without severe crippling pain with it. We shall see what they say, hopefully nothing major and it can be fixed easily

Yeah I think it is just a ruptured sebaceous cyst, that is what our Duty Corpsman thinks it is so after tomorrow we are going to get it looked at and treated. I just want to wait until after I pass the PRT tomorrow to get it done so I have maximum time to heal before the next one happens in six months.

Here's Hoping for a good score tomorrow

WOOHOO!!!!! I whooped it and also beat my cocky little Second Class by like 30 seconds on the run I also beat our 21 Year Old 3rd class by over a minute These kids these days just can't seem to run anymore I passed with flying colors though and treated myself to a Moody's Lunch Wagon steak burrito DELICIOUS!!! Also Filled me up since I had to go to the commissary after work today to pick up a few items and if I go in there hungry I will go broke fast LMAO

Thank you very much my Friend, it really was satisfying to prove to myself and everyone at the command that allowing me to do my own thing when it comes to physical fitness I tend to make much better results happen and I do so with little to no injuries or crash diets.

Now I just need to find one of those hcigar SS Chi You's to put my Nimbus Dripper on and I will be all set

Yes it is, and doing it for all the right reasons, such as training these couch potato kids in things such as the arts of self enhancement without relying on chemicals or supplements, dedication, shear will power and the fact that NOTHING is impossible if you put your mind to it make it all that much more rewarding.

Word Said Brother, I have been searching around a lot to investigate them but I cannot tell the good ones from the bad ones. At least I know for a fact that I am getting what I need and what I am looking for when I get them from you Brother.

Yeah the weather here has been very very weird to say the least. It is fairly warm inland during the day and then drops like a stone as soon as the sun goes down. That is why I am going for an indoor thermally regulated germination station for the pepper plants.

Mamma came up with a new juice flavor LOL It is pretty good, has a very Banana-esque taste to it without being overwhelmingly Banana like.

Can't wait to get back up there once I come off the ship and get some down time.
