Ah I'm glad EJOKER answered first! My reply wouldn't have been so well put, but I now have a new response to that question!
Thanks EJ, that is a wonderful response! :)
i used to get that alot too kat. my response was always "what are your long term goals regarding use of a product known to cause multiple health issues?"

Naa no one is truly pure, they all have vices. Their is always the caffeine issue, or gluttony. Between coffee, cigs, and food like 99% of Americans are addicted to something. (obviously statistics I pull outta..)

or get yourself a big old solid mod like a chuck or ST and beat em with it ;) PV self defense weapons.

Ha, ha, ha, UnTamed!
Yes, it is a new trend and it will definately get a lot of scrutiny. I tell people that I loved to smoke, now I don't smoke cigarettes. They are known to be very bad for me, and responsible for many health problems. If it wasn't for the e-cig, I know that I would still be smoking today.
With vaping there are still many unknowns, but the FDA in their quest to ban e-cigs still made the statement the e-cigarettes are at least 1,400 times safer than their tobacco counterparts.
So while there may be issues yet to be discovered with vaping, from everything we currently know, it is still much safer than smoking.

You think civilians are bad, try quitting analogs around a group of 50 Sailors LOL they are cruel and unusual with the comments I get. I just give it to them straight though. "Hey! .........!! I could outrun you when I was smoking 2 packs a day! Just think of how weak I am going to make you look now!"

As for the civilian counterparts I usually get some funny looks from a lot of people and when I get questioned on it I will give them an honest and educated answer and usually that quells any stupidity from spewing from their cake eaters.

It seems to go by command, hubby's ship has been pretty receptive to it. I was shot down for doing a study(freaking legal officer), but b/c of talking with the command about the study suddenly there are a whole lotta vapers on there.
CMC has been passing out the info I gave him and encouraging it. (which is wonderful, and so messes up any potential studies there but ya :)) I'm hoping while they are actually here in port we can get even more of them.

I still think the military could be an allies in this. They said they wanted to cut back smokers in the military...in 15 years they have only had a 1% drop in smokers with all those free quit smoking aids(your tax dollars at work :)). Just imagine if they where to hand out ecigs.

"Yeah yeah, we get all that, but when are you going to stop even doing that vaping thing?"

Ya know, I think I'll just answer them with one word: TOMORROW

Exactly! I have been trying to spread the word at my shop as well. I have bent te ears of the Docs and the Hospital Corpsman as well. My Personal PCM has allowed me to leave E-Cig Business cards in her office for her other smoking patients as well so Jason get out a good supply of those so I can get you some more Navy Business in your shop :D

I love this device and I am sticking with it for the long haul :D

I am completely honest with them myself, I tell them perhaps I will never stop vaping, but I will certainly drop my nicotine levels over time, possibly even all the way down to zero.

Went in to check out this shop on my lunch hour last week. It was AWESOME! Anything and everything you could ever want from the vaping world. Jason was great and let me try different liquids while we relaxed in his lounge chairs. Prices are comparable to those you will find on internet shops. Great owner, great location, great products! Highly recommend this place to everyone! Thank you Jason!

dammit paper is due day after Cinco de Mayo...now how is that one fair?

Sea dontch wanna write a paper...please (give big eyes)

Sure, bring it on over. I always wrote my college term paper @ the last minute. I seemed to write better that way.

With vaping there are still many unknowns, but the FDA in their quest to ban e-cigs still made the statement the e-cigarettes are at least 1,400 times safer than their tobacco counterparts.

I wasn't aware of that, Jason, do you have a link to that article? Please and thank you.

Quick finl question Sea... Prefer stronger flavors or more subtle?
I used Emu oil on the soup scorched nostrils... mmmmmmm sooooothing!

I'll go with 10-15% flavor, but no more than that. Please and thank you P-Dub.
Yeah, you can't beat that emu oil. I always buy the Jurassic Secrets lip balm. BTW, it comes from right here in SD Co. Not sure if they manufac. the raw ingreds. or just distribute, but whatever is done in Ramona.

EDIT: P-Dub don't make me a bathtub full - just a 3ml sample would be nice. I just want to savor it again b4 seeing if it was that good or if the 4 Long Island Iced Teas I had that night might have affected my taste buds, LOL. Really dude, just a small sample size. Please and thank you.

That's totally awesome Untamed! Here you serve your country by being in the Navy yourself (b4 you started havin babes), and now you're still serving it by trying to help save the lives of the smokers. You're awesome girlfriend!!!

You can do it bud, I know quite a few vapers that use very low to 0 nic. They still love to vape, but don't like the nic rush.
