Hi all!

Like some know, new to vaping and DIY.

I ordered vapingzones peach concentrated flavor and mixed it, 1 drop per ML in 100% VG with 2 drops sweetener.

Let it sit 2 days after a warm water bath and then gave it a go. There is some flavor, but mainly on the nasal exhale, not at all like the other premixed peaches I've had.

Is the problem that I'm using al VG and muting out the flavor? I just made a 5 ml tester with 6 drops flavor, 2 drops sweetener and 50/50. I warm water bathed it, shook it up, and now I'm letting it sit til tomorrow.

Any suggestions on what I can do to make a juicier peach?

Thanks in advance!!!

I had good results with the peach at 3% in a 70/30 pg mix. I dont add anything but flavor concentrate to my mixes.

What kind of sweetener? I found that EM doesn't work well with vz fruits. I would go without sweetener first then add a bit then compare.

I go 2 drops per ml with peach in 50pg/50vg.

The sweet is sucralose in PG, I'm honestly not sure about the different sweeteners, but I've got some EM in the post so I'll be able to try that with other things.

And I did 6ish drops to a 5ml solution, so I should go about 4 more drops to your level

Thanks so much for the advice, I'll be adding some flavor before bed!

Seems like that ratio change/volume of flavoring makes sense.

A question for both you you...

Do you steep, and for how long?

Thanks again!

1 more question...do you steep, if so, how long?

I use hot water baths and then let it steep as long as I can. When you're new to diy it's hard to not try it almost immediately but as you get into it a bit, and have a lot of different mixes going at once, it goes full circle and you have mixes that you forgot about for a month.

The 2 drops of peach per ml, according to my ejuice Me Up app, is 5.4% flavoring when 37 drop = 1 ml. It's a lot of flavoring and I normally half this amount for other super concentrates. I just like a lot of flavor with peach. All tobaccos I use exactly half this amount.

A while back it was posted that with vz's alcohol based flavors 45 drops per ml. I never checked it as it was posted a few times so that is what I have been going with.

Steeping I agree only improves the flavor but when starting out its really hard to not want to start vaping right away. The more you mix the more you will beable to allow for more steeping time

Fruits need less steeping where a week really makes the tobacco's shine

This has also been my personal experience. First time I really enjoyed B&M is when I resampled a mix I had forgotten about for a month. I checked and double checked my notes. I couldn't believe that the bottle was just B&M.

The 37 drops for a ml is the number I came up with first hand and have been using. I should recheck this number. It doesn't come into play unless I mix 30 ml or more because that's when I use a 1 ml syringe to measure flavoring. Otherwise I always use drops.

I think I would re-check, just for kicks. I wouldn't suggest someone double-check their work normally (since it sounds kind of rude), but a number of people came up with the 45-47 early on. I'm not one of them, but I think it was a few of the experienced mixers getting that number. Kind of curious to check myself now though...there is a possibility this number has changed: originally everyone was buying 7ml bottles of these concentrates. It was many weeks later that 5ml bottles came on the scene. I don't know if the dropper is very different, but it could very well be! What size do you have?

+1 liveone's advice: definitely start out plain. FWIW, I like 6 drops per 5ml but I only have tobaccos from VZ (from a 7ml bottle going by the 47 drops/ml). EM may not be what you are looking for with these fruits. Sucralose probably isn't necessary for most people, but if you want, certainly try adding a drop at a time after trying it - as shilo [I think] says - "naked" first. If you are looking for other additives to give extra life to fruits, try looking into koolada as well.

IMO, let tobacco mixes sit a week at an absolute minimum. Then take your time and enjoy them unfolding over the next several weeks.

Two things I've never been able to find flavors for that I liked are coffee and tobacco. I've found both with this new flavor line.
Pretty exciting. I'm anxious to try more flavors now.

Hey Fran. Which coffee are you talking about and what % did you mix? Still looking for the perfect coffee mix for my wife.

Thanks!

Does anybody know when the flavors that are out of stock will be restocked? Like... Red bull & Real Cig I e-mailed them but never got an answer :/

I am sure they will answer your email soon. With father's day sale and mod give away and being a monday and needing to pack and ship orders from weekend I assume a very busy day for them

Thanks mgmrick! Got a response back. I guess the first response landed in my junk mail or something because I just can't recall hearing back. Anyhoo hopefully this week or next week some more out of stock flavors will be in! Yay!

I can't wait to try the Island Tobacco on top of the others I've heard such good things about. Also really wanted to try honey flu cured tobacco.

Anyone tried the Strawberry? Wondering how good it is. Beats Capella? Not even close?

Also wondering if anyone here has tried the Chocolate Mint? Too minty? Good chocolate flavor??
