Hi guys! I was doing some reading online about how to stop smoking when I learning about vapering. That was about 20mins ago.
20mins later I found this site and registered. LoL
Just to warm up abit more to vapering..can someone tell me how this vapering works? All I know is that it's an electronic cigarette and it's banned in many place and even where I stay.
Can someone give me a little more info like how will this help me quit actual smoking? Will smoking be the thing of the past if I were to start this? Are there any side effects of vapering? I am getting married soon and I really wish I can kick the smoking habit so my wife will have a better smelling husband! Thanks for taking time to read my thread and keep the replies coming!

I picked mine up and put the cigarettes down forever, there is nicotine in the ejuice and that is a lot of what our addiction is/was.
Will smoking be the thing of the past if I were to start this?
It was for me, it depends on your convictions, your desire to really quit.
Are there any side effects of vapering?
The side effects will mostly include dry mouth, dehydration, drink plenty of water. Another side effect that I've seen on here was vapor tongue, which is that you lose the ability to tasted different flavors but that will go away in time and some have suggested eating a dill pickle to help you.

Hello, I have just currently stopped smoking and have been smoke free for about 1 month. I was a smoker for about 20 years. I tried patches and gum and all sorts of different methods and never made it past a week. Most of my problems with quitting smoking had to do with the physical habits I associated with smoking such as after meals, driving, or just a short break from work. What worked for me about vaping is it came as close to an actual cigarette i.e. smoke like appearance, throat hit, and the physical having to take drags. Vaping is just basically a liquid nicotine substance that is vaporized when heated by a coil in an e-cigarette. You inhale the vapor and absorb the nicotine and breath out a visible vapor that resembles smoke. Look through these forums and you will find detailed explanations how the method works and all the different mix ratios. While it may seem expensive to begin buying the set up kit, it will eventually become cheaper and save you money in the long run. For example, I initially invested $100 dollars to begin but that was only half what I would spend normally on cigarettes in a month. Now that I have a set up I will spend significantly less on e liquid than packs of cigarettes. The only problem I find is that I want to spend more money on upgrading my equipment looking for better things, but I started with an ego-c twist and it worked wonders for me. I also quit smoking thanks to vaping and I actually like vaping better...it can taste good. Some flavors actually make you think you just ate the best desert ever.. There are times where I wonder if some of these flavors have calories...yes they can taste that good. What country do you live in for it to be banned? and by banned do you mean it is illegal period, or you just cant do it in stores/restaurants?

I smoked 30 years and vaping has saved my life and I enjoy it more than cigs. You will find most of us enjoy it more than cigs because the flavors are amazing and fun to try.
