The OP knows alot and talks like a battle hardened pro when it comes to equipment, which I find a bit strange as they only quit smoking recently

What i find quite strange is....

How did this post make it 2 pages. When i had a very similar post about my provari....they moved it instantly to vendors forum. Yet bash the lavatube all you want in the new user section. I am noticing some bias here. Not cool mods

Who knows, I have a few of their inferno kits as backups they work great. Comparing the Lava Tube to a Provari isn't even fair, they are WORLDS apart in price and reviews usually reflect that. I've had no issue with the large tank other than it slides a bit too easily if you use a straight drip tip, and the cartos they sell are only punched with 1 hole (I think its all smoktech) so it doesn't wick very well at all (punch another hole) but that is common with lots of cartos on the market. To be honest I kind of like a lot of their stuff I am just not really for the proprietary design of some of it.

Reviews really should be placed in the appropriate forums, new vapers haven't experienced enough to make unbiased reviews on products. Hopefully the point wasn't to trash a company on a big stage because of small issues. I'd give them a call if you really have problems, they always pickup the phone when I call and give me an honest answer.

Reminds me of... well, me, when I first started. I went through a lot of PVs and atty's my first couple weeks, too. You can learn a lot pretty fast if you're willing to spend a lot of money to do it.

I do not use a Lava Tube, V1 or V2 but I do use a Vamo as well as eGo-Twist and eGo batteries. What I want to know and maybe I just missed it somewhere what exactly is so bad about the LT v2? What problems are you having exactly? I can understand not enjoying a proprietary tank system and I realize quite a bit of equipment does not fit on a LT without an adapter. If your trying to compare Non-VV to VV its like comparing apples and oranges. I have eGo Batteries that work well with certain gear built to match the same amount of wattage that I vape my genny at. So is it a matter of battery life? Are you upset that certain batteries do not work in certain mods such as the LT? or is it just that Clearomizers don't work with a LT without an adapter? ViVi Nova (At least the Neptune I haven't worked with any other type) will work on them if your looking for a Tank System (though so far I'm not a fan of Kanger, ViVi Nova or anything but my Phoenix and Aga Tiamat+).

Giving a vendor a bad review is one thing and sometimes can be not only warranted but completely beneficial. Complaining that it won't fit every last thing in the vaping world (without a 5$ eGo adapter) and warding people off a product just doesn't seem justified. There are mods that will only work with certain types of atomizers not necessarily that brand of atomizer but still...

I think the LT v2 has many faults personally but I don't think that because it cannot take any piece of equipment out there it should be entirely faulted. Quite a few people enjoy their LT v2, are there better mods out there? You betcha, do you need to spend 1,000$+ on buying them all, no sir. A Vamo is Variable Wattage and is only 30-40$ and available for 50$ as a kit with charger and batteries but you have to take in build quality the LT v2 is a very well built mod. There is a lot more to consider when buying a mod than not fitting the batteries you have or not fitting a clearo (of most types) without an adapter.

The LT2 itself is not a bad device just way to bulky in my opinion. My biggest complaint on the LT2 is in kit form the inner seals on the large tank are very finicky. If you buy just the LT2 device only and don't mind the bulk personally in my limited experience it is a good product.

I agree. I still use my LT2, the size is actually a benefit sometimes like when I'm watching the idiot box and I have to stand it up on my hassock. I don't really worry about it tipping over.
