It is possible that the nic is hitting you harder on a better juice delivery and / pv. I was using a good device with a really good atomizer and a kick set at 8 watts. When I got my new AVP, same juice, same wattage , it hit me harder with the ELA. I had to lower my nic and lower my wattage to 7 watts. Just take smaller puffs or lower your voltage, but look into either thinning your juice or if you have a local store try 10mg or even 8 or 6.

Another little thing it could be is that you are enjoying your new vape so much you are taking in more vapor and/ or vaping more:)

There are a total of two heads. One inside the tank and one spare. 1.8ohm and 2.4ohm heads, from the Provape website description of the Protank 2. Ohms = Resistance, higher resistance = cooler vape and less vapor. I don't think that is the problem though, I had wondered if someone rebuilt the head at a very low resistance like 1.2 ohms or something.

You could check the side of the extra head you have and see what it says on it, good bet you have the other installed. ProTank Refill Heads - 5 Pack Should be written on that part somewhere, 1.8, 2.4, or 2.5. You can also check the resistance with the Provari.

Ok, yeah, the one in the box (spare) is 2.5 ohm. So, I must have the 1.8 ohm in the tank. Which should be ok at 3.3? So, I guess this means it's the nic level or somthing in the juice that's causing the spinning head.

Perhaps the juice has alot of PG? I normally run 50/50 pg vg mix and decided to try more PG one day, I could barely hit the stuff it was murder! Ended up just tossing it. Also I find if you smoke a cig and hit your vape after the vape will grab you by the boo boo if you know what I mean.

EDIT: That was on a evic with protank 2 and a 1.5 ohm coil. I tried lowest settings and everything in between just could not handle it.

Yeah, the colibri nano is like sucking a brick through a straw in comparison to the provari! I will get a different juice and /or try and thin it down. Thanks!

3.3 should be fine, I had asked because I wanted to be sure you were using stock heads, and not a head someone had rebuilt at a very low resistance. You are right, must be either the nic level or maybe the menthol.

Do you know how to check the resistance of your atty on the ProVari? Go ahead and see what it reads.

That said, your Nano battery was probably 3.4v or so, as most superminis are. I'm not sure what the resistance of their cartomizers is. I'm guessing it's around 2.8-3Ω.. So you're used to vaping at ~4 Watts. A 1.8Ω coil on 3 v will get you 5 watts of power. It's not such a big change, really... Try the 2.4Ω coil--and check the actual resistance. Sometimes those coils are a bit off, but usually no more than .2Ω.

Katya, thanks so much for the link!

Have you used this juice before? On paper, it really, really shouldn't bother you. Like we all said, 12 mg is pretty low.

Well, I'm asuming that this is the same stuff they put in the cartridges, which I sucked back and ran through like water! I'm really thinking that the provari is really showing me how crappy their e juice really is! LOL!

I think Katya was on to something before. It must be something with you liquid. I use 1.8 ohms right now with setting of 3.6 voltage and gets a fair amount of smoke. 2.9 volts @ 1.8 ohm is low setting... I use 26mg and have never ever felt what you experience. I used to smoke 2pad standard EU.

You should know that nicotine is a very powerful poison for humans even in very small quantities and you shall always be cautious when using it. Especially when ordered and mixed by someone else but your self and no guaranties can be given for what you get. Even if you find your sweet-spot on your tank/Provari/Liquid you shouldn't feel sick using it. perhaps if you are a non smoker trying it out 1:st time but not if you are a former analoger. This makes me think that you either have way to much nicotine or that you are sensitive against something in the liquid. Try another vendor and/or a lower nicotine level.

Yeah, resistance is a new thing for me as well as ohms. I'm guessing that link you gave, might show me how to check the resistance?

You may well think I am crazy but I should assume this nic level 1,2 per drop so 20 drops 1 ml would come 24mg/ml and itis high nic level still our friend was a heavy smoker and it would not cause him dizziness that easy.

It's 12 mg nicotine per 1 ml, not per 1 drop. But you're correct that 1 ml equals about 20 drops--depending on the size of the drop. :)

But it still should not cause dizziness. Most vapers tolerate 12 mg very well at medium wattages, 4-6 watts, for example.

No, imagine if that were the case - filling a 3.5 ml vivi nova would result in 42mg liquid.

The strength of the nicotine does not stack, so 12mg / ml is 12 regardless of the volume of liquid.

It's a question of math. If you have 12mg / ml and you have 2 ml, you have twice the nicotine, but you also have twice the volume of carrier liquid, so the strength does not change. 24mg / 2ml is the same as 12mg / ml
