3 MG/ML (milligrams PER millilitre) is a very low amount per dosage, I would not be concerned about this if you are an adult and you want to vape, just keep in mind nicotine is addictive, but so is caffeine, and in these dosages administered properly by using a subtank or similar, is amongst the same nicotine levels we see in Potatoes, Tomatoes, Cauliflower, ect. So no evidence has been presented that could indicate the nicotine at this level being a health concern, but I would suggest to just not vape if you are not a smoker to begin with, that is not what we all intended vaping to be, and the data shows that you are in the 1% of vaping users.

So far the low levels haven't affected anything at all but I'm still watching it. And why not vape if a non-smoker? It's not exclusive to former smokers. It's social and great for those of us with eating disorders or oral fixations. But seriously—I've already lost weight from less snacking because of this thing.

I smoked cigs for 40 years, most of us here I assume are addicts and many including myself have harmed our health and our wallets with an addiction to cigs. Of course many are going to be concerned about anyone starting to use nicotine who isn't already addicted. I'm going to read the above link with an open mind, maybe I'll learn something. Off the cuff I don't see an issue with vaping 0 nic. A weight issue also is a health issue and I'm glad to hear you are reducing your weight.
I have the opposite problem, my doctor is happy that I'm gaining weight and not smoking cigs but she is uneducated about vaping so in a perfect world she would prefer me not to vape. As if that's going to happen any time soon !

all depends on if you have the ability to become addicted to nic.... my wife can smoke a pack a day and then not touch them for several weeks, I on the other hand needed a ciggie about every 1/2 hour... now I vape ( 36 nic) and have the morning ciggie... she vapes ( 8nic) but on occasion. Never could understand how she can just go off of them so easily... obviously Im addicted, she isnt...

Thank you for the advice everyone!

You started a really good thread in the end.

Vape on if it works for you. I still maintain you can do better for far less money than your current brand. I hate to see people pay $100 for a $30 product. That is not just an e-cig issue I have, it's a life issue.

I have no objections to people paying huge amounts of money for anything if the product is quality and unique. Sadly, not much in the vaping world at the moment (that is hyped by the marketing people) is either quality or unique.
