looks like you had a part go off axis during the machining. :)

It a little difficult if not impossible for the machine to make a mistake like this Rick but all things can happen in this world. Who really knows. Thats why I want to see this UFS

This might sound dumb, but when you put the atomizer in do you have it on the GGTS? If you do, and have it all screwed down, it won't sit right (battery pushing the pin up). I forget this from time to time, but generally remember when I notice the atomizer is sitting kind of cocked (or is loose so I can push it back and forth). Take it off the GGTS (or just loosen the TS a bit so the battery is loose), then screw in the atomizer and continue on your way.

Greed on that! I learned very quickly that the videos I watched had the battery tube loose for a reason! In fact I actually remove the UFS from the GGTS when replacing the atty.

I know that isn't required but for me, simple steps can help prevent unwanted problems and leaks. So it is just easier for me to start atty replacement by taking the UFS off. ;)
