I found with the juice control fully closed there is liquid getting into my all atty. I examined the point where the base cup meets the atty when the juice control is fully closed and I noticed there's some problems, a very small crevice between atty and base cup .

Please check the enclosed pictures.

I think the size of bridges are little bit different and make it crevice.

One of them is very thin.

You can find some crevice between the atty and the tank.

Photo #3
There's no crevice

I bought this from UK.

uryong,

Do me a favor and take the UFS apart and take a close up picture of just the hole going through the UFS tank bottom cup. Like "Stinky Uncle Ed" did for his pictures in the following post.

Also, in the picture showing the atty connection, could you please retake that photo looking straight down and as close as you can and still be a clear photo (Remove the collection tank from the UFS connector please for a clearer picture) It kind of looks like when the crenelations were machined that they were off center

I cant see something wrong ury on those photos. Of course you must have in mind that you cant totally seal a metal with a metal but we dont need this on UFS. We need to seal enough so only a very little amount of liquid go inside atomizer. But why you say that even if liquid control is closed, you still get liquid inside atomizer? You mean a huge amount of liquid that brings you problems? You get this liquid when you vape or when UFS is resting?

The problem from UFS V2 is it that the 510 extender is missing, it rotates with it, if you set the liquid flow.
This makes now the atomizer / Cartomizer stands out above and is secured by the union and O-ring, he is so firmly regulated that the liquid does not flow but the atomizer or loosens the bottom out of the base turns.
