I don't think that will work for a couple reasons. 1 it looks really long guessing about an inch which would put your atomizer way up. Two it is painted black and personaly I wouldn't want to risk vaping juice that had been in constant contact with the black paint (this is just a personal preference) and three I don't see any little holes for the juice to get into. (Now that doesn't mean they arent there but it is a risk)

Now you may be able to get something like this to work
V2 510 Shorty Extension

I can almost make out a hole in one of the pictures however you would need to adapt it to cover the crenelations (sp) at the top of the adapter otherwise you would lose juice controll and risk flooding. However a carto condom might solve this problem. screw your atomixer on cut a carto condom's bottom off and slip it over the atty base and upper portion of the adapter. Then screw into the UFS. The condom should cover the crenelations on the adapter and the juice holes in the base of the adapter would act as the feed holes.

It might not be a bad idea to e-mail mad vapes and confirm that the holes are there though.

Can you confirm if a carto condom is a deciently tight fit? If so this could be a reasonable stand in for th atty extender. As a mater of fact it could be better since you could still use your own drip tip.

I haven't cut down a condom to test with juice but on any of the Joye 510's I have, the 510 or 808 condoms are very snug. You may well be onto something here Fright. Here is a picture of a Joye 510 on the left with the shorty 510 adapter mentioned. On the right is anothe Joye 510 with the regular GG 510 adapter for the UFS plugged into it.

The adapter one is maybe a half mm longer but with the v2 UFS top, wouldn't be an issue. If no one else gets to try this out, after I get a few hours sleep, I will try it myself.

Just to offer a suggestion instead of bothering with condoms why not just use an o-ring? ?? I do this with the air holes on my iAtty to give me total draw control and it works flawlessly.... and I know you all have spare o-rings lying around.....

I would use a carto condom because I have tons laying around and there would be less risk of it moving imho
