As stated, want a Provari but don't know what else to get to get started.... it is all very confusing!
I'm not going to tell you whether to get a Provari or not. It basically comes down to just how serious are you about quitting cigarettes?
A Provari is an expensive investment if you aren't dedicated to finally stop smoking, or end up finding out vaping isn't for you. Having said that, a Provari is easy to get nearly all of your money back should you decide to sell it.
Should you decide on getting a Provari, I recommend getting just the Provari, the extender cap (if you want that), and the extended warranty (if you want that), and nothing else from Provape.
You can get a charger and batteries cheaper from RTD Vapor.
RTD Vapor AW Batteries Get the best battery charger that you can afford that will charge the batteries you need for the Provari. Pila and Xtar are generally considered the best brands. Provape only recommends genuine AW brand IMR batteries, and RTD has them. You'll need a drip tip at some point and they have a great selection, so pick a couple up with this order.
There's a number of options available for what to put on top of your Provari, called juice delivery devices. I made a picture dictionary of the more common ones. I recommend getting at least two types to try out. Everyone prefers one over the other, and only you will eventually know which you prefer by trying them out yourself.

You'll need to find an e-juice vendor for nicotine juice. Figure on consuming 3-5 ml a day. Nicotine strength for a 1 ppd smoker would be 18-24 mg.
