you would be millions in the hole by the time you hire the amount of people needed to supply the world

you would be broke before you opened, swamped in regulations and crazy laws and so on and then after you totaly suffering they tax the hell out of you until you end up in china starting a factory there, the circle of life.

there are a few usa companies though but nothing major form what i gathered, i could be wrong since i truly havent looked into any usa companies, From what i know theris no usa company making different sized batts and cartos and atties and tanks and so on.

The last time i spoke to someone in the know, it turns out its cheaper to buy the material here, ship to china, have it made and then shipped back then it would be to be made here.

when we order we order thousands of peaces, we dont get small orders from china, as some of you know we dont just sell on the site, i have hundreds of youtube customers, we have people who buy for their stores and wholesalers that buy from us as well, so our orders come in with 10 boxes from each factory and that causes customs to hold and check them, stupid becuase they let half the orders through and hold half of the same stuff they let pass. not happy but it only delays things a few days to a week.

some people buy 200 clears for their business, we buy 5000 peaces, same with fluxomizers which we get at 20,000 peaces at a time and they still sell out fast. In the next few months this will be handled differently since soon ill be owning a factory in china.

I was going to open a shop at the flea market last year, but I ended up having back surgery. Well, that's what happens at 40. Anyway, I am thinking about opening one up again in February. It's good to know that I can do resale.

Ha I want to see someone try to open an e cig factory in the US, I can see the Big 3 getting awfully upset.
Bad enough the consumer wants to vape, imagine if the unemployed had jobs too.ouch....

I don’t think it has so much to do with the “Big 3” getting mad as it is trying to find people in the USA who are willing to work for $3/hour with no benefits.

The only way a product can be sold at a cheap price is they have to be made at a cheap cost.

I thinks is the "have a idea and ppl get their hands in your pockets syndrome". I think we call them taxes *giggle*
but I agree labor standers apply too. As well at just where the e cig sits in the mind and laws of the US people/government.

China is the place to be at the moment...

but its all crooked, its ok for us to have china make it and sell it to us, its even ok to have the material made here sold to china, made there, then sent back.

but being able to do it all here, very difficult, and zoid is right, a carto would be 30 bucks each by the time your done woth labor costs, taxes etc. 30 might be exagerating it but you know what i mean.

the fact remains, as long as china and the usa have a relationship, it will always be cheaper doing it the way we do now, the key thing is to have people forcing them to improve, and its happening slowly.

Me & a friend were going to partner up & put a booth in his cell phone shops. He would provide the investment, & I would take care of the customers, receiving, etc.

Unfortunately, his wife is on the local "Tobacco Prevention Council" they got into a big disagreement about it, bordering on:
Divorce-Alimony-Child support.

Shot that down real quick.

$3 per hour, the Chinese would love to. It will be closer to 100$/month I think.

The ONE drawback I find with these - and it's a Big One, is there is no good way to fill them while your on the go because it needs a needle tip to fill.

Now, if GotVapes could come out with a small bottle that fits a cheap plastic needle tip in the end that would rock. Perhaps one where the needle tip is recessed in such a way as to allow you to put the cap on and not disturb the needle. ( or use a snap on needle for the top of the bottle where the nozzle tip would normally be and make the cap deeper to compensate.)

GV has snap-on needle fill bottle kits, both with the metal and plastic needles. It's in accessories. You can remove the needle and put on a cap, then put the needle back on for filling.

But, you don't need needles to fill Visions at all. Just hold the carto at 45 degree angle and drip on the wall of the carto right above the fill slot. It rolls right in, no fuss no mess. That's the biggest difference between Visions and unmodded Fluxes.

The ease of filling these Visions is IMHO is the biggest improvement. Especially if you mod them and get rid of the cup seal. But even stock the filling couldn't be any easier. I no longer need anything other than my PV with a Vision and my bottle of Joose. Unless someone invents a way for my joose to magically transport itself into the carto I don't see how it could get any easier. lol

Punch a hole in a Vision. Put the Vision in a carto tank.

NOTE: This may cause a divide by zero error.
