In case everyone isn't already aware, Eastmall isn't selling the "new"/"knockoff"/"wtf" atomizers anymore anyhow.

They are apparently going to be coming up with a new model ecig using that atomizer though.

If that's the case, it's no surprise. Joyetech was VERY unhappy about these atomizers being represented as Joyetech hardware. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Joyetech threatened to cut EastMall off if they continued to misrepresent the "new" atomizers.
oh brother, brother. you can put the nails and wood away. playing martyr doesnt fly. my statement wasnt to shut you up because i dont think your argument has merit; it does. it was because youre beating the he11 out of a dead horse. im saying that it is over, you won, lets get past it.
i have both kinds of atomizers, could care less if theyre joyetech or not, only care that they work as advertised. ive read a lot of your other posts, and think youre a great guy. but your harping after the dust has settled is beneath you. there are so many other things to expend energy on right now.

That's dandy. But a lot of us want to know what we're buying before we plunk our money down. If you can't see why it's ethically questionable to sell a third party atomizer as a Joyetech atomizer, that's your issue.
At 7-10 dollars you aren't buying a freaking BMW you are buying an atomizer made by a Chinese company. The Chinese are known for Knockoffs.
Personally I think the newer atomizers are 100% better than the joye atomizers and I wouldn't doubt Joye will knockoff the knockoffs and come out with a new design soon.
Ethically in reference to Chinese companies in the same sentence was good for a chuckle though...
I have 3 new style atty's and none of them work half as good as the old style. If you use manual batteries you can tell by firing up the atty with the cart off. None of mine halve half the heat of my older ones. I think the new ones are junk and am sending them back

Considering the fact that practically everything we buy these days, including food, comes from China, I think these issues are absolutely relevant.
I had ordered a 5 pack of the new attys and honestly I havent noticed any difference... except my flat-tipped carts dont fit with them which is very disappointing as I love my flat-tips

I got four of the new attys as well and I have used two of them consistently for about 3 weeks and I still dont get that throat hit everybody raves about. If anybody want to trade two brand new old style attys for a couple of new style attys please send me a PM I just want to feel that throat hit... I feel IV has ripped me off in the experience and after countless emails and calls no one replied.... shame on you IV
Just a quick update, I did trade a couple attys with a forum member and after 1 hour there was a 1000 times diffrence in performance. wow does this thing kick. I love it now.. Thanks IV for making my 510 experience a real nasty one by using me as your unsolicited guinea Pig!!!
Anybody know if they are still shipping the "new" atty? I actually just recently went and got out my "new" IV atty Ive had for awhile and to be honest i like it better. I had to squeeze the atty just a little to make the mouth pieces fit better. I would like to get my hands on a few more if i could.
I just got my order in today and the attys I got dont have the washer, the atty I got last month does have the washer and its very easy to see the difference.

A while back, Noah posted that he was done with the "new" atmoizers because there were MANY questions as to their legitimacy (joye/non-joye)
Well that just p*sses me off. People had to cause such a huge issue by hounding the supplier that now I can't find the atomizers that I enjoy using MORE than the "authentic" 510 atomizers. The people arguing over their legitimacy could've gone ANYWHERE and bought their 510 atomizers in bulk at a cheaper price, but chose to ruin everyone else's time instead. Thanks again.
And now on to more important things. Just out of curiosity, does anyone know of anywhere at all I can continue to buy the new-style atomizers?

The whole point was that IV was selling an atomizer advertised as a JOYE atomizer but it wasn't made by JOYE! Would you like to buy an Ipod that wasn't made by Apple but was advertised as such? It's called truth in advertising. It's called buying what you paid for.
Anyway, if some of you actually prefer this atomizer you can still get one if you shop around. It's a JSB-510 atomizer. Shawn from Litecigusa.net used to sell them under the name of 'Litecig 510'. He just never called it a JOYE product like IV did. I would bet that if enough people asked him to stock it again, he would. You can probably find some place else that sells the JSB-510 as well. Google it. Good luck!
My whole problem was with the constant harassment over it. The people who didn't like it could've gone to any number of suppliers and bought the *authentic* Joye atomizers for way cheaper.
I still haven't been convinced its a JSB-510, although if someone could confirm it I'd appreciate it. The JSB-510 shows carts with foil on top and mine arrived with no foil at all. They had to search to find carts that might fit it at all and I think they would've just shipped it with the JSB carts and avoid the trouble. Just my thoughts on it.
The trouble is that IV bought their 510 units/parts from different suppliers and they shipped them out to customers, including me, in a sandwich bag! I guess I don't really know for sure where the batteries/carts/atomizers came from. Only IV can answer that and they aren't saying. Hell, they might not even know because they bought some parts from Eastmall, which is just another supplier in China, not a manufacturer.
I'm confident these 'new' attys were the JSB-510 ones as I'm not aware of any other manufacturer making 510 clones. But you are right, I can't say 100 percent for sure they are. I would just suggest to people that if they really like these attys that they try and get a few JSB ones to compare it to. It's really the one thing you can do at this point.
I thought they put the parts in the ziploc bags because they were shipping it with juice...not to conceal where the parts come from. Although, I have to admit the way they handled the situation was strange.
I am willing to give JSBs a try and I know nephilim says he just received a 3rd type of "510" atomizer from another supplier. I'm perfectly willing to give all of the modifications a try. But, I do hope Innovapor will change their minds and at least sell their atomizers side-by-side with the Joye 510 atomizers. They could've changed the name at anytime and the debate would have ended.
