Hello everyone

I have a problem with my sxmini ml

After update the device not work at all

I change the battery and pushing 5 time but the same ( not working )

What i suppose to do now ?? Help

*Attention, please remove the atomizer from SXmini ML Class device before upgrade, otherwise the device will be damaged.

Try pulling your battery out and leaving it out for a period of time. I'd give it 15-30 min but don't know if the duration would really matter or not.
Put the battery back in without any atomizer attached and try turning the device on. If your unable to get it to turn on, your device has probably malfunctioned and you should contact your vendor as well as contacting Yihi directly cservice@yihisxmini.com

Couple of things I am not sure of, it says copy the dll file to win32 system but it has a different file highlighted and it says pick the file based on your 32 or 64 bit computer mine is 64 bit windows 10then it says go back and run the installer in the SXiQ installer program and it has copy highlighted

just copy the 110dll and your be ok mate

Also when you check compatibility mode Win 7 do you also check run as administrator?

I only run as windows 7 , did not run programme as admin

Now here is the big question are these really any better of a vape then the M.

Wow, I missed that in the instructions too. I copied and pasted the drivers to their location. Oh well, it still worked.

Me too, I knew where it was going so naturally copied the dll

Yihi does need to up its game on the driver installation for sure. Do it the Joyetech way which is about as good as it can get. But if you follow their difficult instructions to the T, it will work.

Yea, their technical writer would be out a job where I came from. It's an easy process but the instructions as written and images used are less than easy to follow for someone with poor computer literacy. They should let my wife verify their instructions prior to publication.

Hi everyone. This is a long post but it is about temp control.

I've been enjoying my sx ml in kanthal mode. However i've recently tried to put it into joules mode with a nickel build. 0.10ohm, 420f at 20w. However, the mod fails to read my resistance. The resistance just stays at 0.00ohms and it keeps saying my coil is dry. I've tried various builds, various RDAs/RTAs with nickel and i get the same result.

I have ruled out a bad build as the same build and tank fires fine in temp mode in my DNA200 devices.

I have ruled out a bad 510 connection as the sx fires my coils in kanthal mode just fine.

I have the latest software running, and have reinstalled the software several times.

I have tried various adjustments; changing the wattage, increasing temp control to max temp, manual entry of TCR, increasing/decreasing temp compensation.

I am at a loss. What is going on? Why can't my mod read the resistance of my temp builds when it is working fine on my other temp devices?

I appreciate you reading and hope to have a solution asap as i usually vape with temp protection.

Generally speaking if you are in the Local Administrators group as most folks probably are, not really the best security option but probably 98% of users are, you will probably not need to select the Run as Administrator option. If you are a regular user then you probably need to do it that way. They are covering all bases and different versions/patch levels of Windows may be more finicky so I believe that is why they said that.

Yeah. Really loving the mod and chip. Just slightly concerned about running 25j in it, wondering if the single batt can last a day.

using a billow now mainly 0.20ohm at 40w .... manages 3 x 3ml tank fills to the battery

It all depends on your build and vaping style. It is possible to last an entire day and night but I usually do a USB charge midday at work for about 2 hours to ensure I have enough.

Build clocks in at 0.08ohms, single 8 wrap spaced build 3mm diameter in a hurricane. I'll see how it goes tomorrow. It's 4.30am here in Singapore, so goodnight folks!

Yep I aree I do it every day with a .3 coil running 20J lasts more then a day but one thing to remember with the SX is only run the J high enough to hit temp fairly quickly you don't need to run it any higher. Like mine hit 425F fast at 17J so thats where I run it any higher and you will get the rattlesnaking the higher you go the more you will get. That is where they are different from Jtech or DNA try it at 20J see if it is coming right up to temp if so you can use that or even lower as long as it is hitting temp within a sec or so

I figure it probably won't get shipped for a week because they are getting slammed with the storm of the century there. Maryland is looking at 3' of snow but it will get here eventually. I looked and looked and really liked the looks of the black and silver and I figure it will always b worth that much.
