I see what you saying and you are correct it is the Sensor. But, the Sensor has been manually set to OFF on both devices, yet the Sensor is still ON only for Configure Mode on Both devices.

Im guessing its a Firmware flaw that hasnt been resolved yet or both of my devices are faulty.
I had a similar issue when I first got it, with the original firmware update. I had to use the SXi_Q software to set it once, then I never had the problem again.

Well I went to copy that file to Windows System32 and it was already there. So I didn't change it it was exactly the same size.

I downloaded and installed from Microsoft but it did not work

There was a slight diff in file name from the one in sxi programme files

Copied it across and worked ok

Yep I saw the difference too....and Yihi's instructions typed the wrong file name also...

My ML came today and the first task was to update it... took 1.5 hours to get everything situated, copied, installed and etc but finally was able to update the ML... Yihi's initial setup procedure for Win-10 computers and the update process really needs attention ... IMO.... :(:(

I guess I don't understand you had a file with exactly the same name in your system 32 file? did you replace it with the one from YiHi it gives me the choice to overwrite it leave it alone and skip it.

Don't think your post was for me but:

That was just one item that contributed to the 1.5 hours of getting it done... There is a file already in the System32 that is named exactly like the misspelled file name in the instructions. The instructions say *msvc110d.dll and when you look at the graphics just below that you see the file is actually named msvcr110d.dll....:)

Yeah I see the difference in what yihi wrote but still I have the file that is in the installer already there and it gives me the choice to replace it, skip it or compare it I campared it and it was eactly the same size what is the one that says COPY_MSVCR110D

Didn't work for me in my Win10 machine...it wouldn't write the installer file.....

I also notice the date on that file is 2012
Because that is the Chinese version of the Microsoft dll that opens up TCP port 43214 so the Chinese government can visit your hard drive without your knowledge. Could it be just so they can provide easier technical support and be able to see your files on your HD and your screens? Does this make you wonder when installing Chinese software on your PC?

Well I am only kidding! But maybe not so far fetched. You will need this file to make the SXi_Q software work. If you run the BAT file it will do the whole process.

Edit: You must run this from the proper directory of either x64 or x86 install directory depending on your OS and it must be an Admin Command Prompt otherwise your file copy will be denied by your OS.

After the installation, run the file COPY_MSVCR110D.BAT that you will find in the C:\Program Files (x86)\YiHiEcigar\SXi-Q\SXI-package\x64 folder. It will copy the file and make a registry change.

Didn't for me.... tried it a half-dozen times...acted like it copied but didn't... ended up copy/paste
