I had a similar issue when I first got it, with the original firmware update. I had to use the SXi_Q software to set it once, then I never had the problem again.

Well I went to copy that file to Windows System32 and it was already there. So I didn't change it it was exactly the same size.
I downloaded and installed from Microsoft but it did not work
There was a slight diff in file name from the one in sxi programme files
Copied it across and worked ok
I guess I don't understand you had a file with exactly the same name in your system 32 file? did you replace it with the one from YiHi it gives me the choice to overwrite it leave it alone and skip it.
Yeah I see the difference in what yihi wrote but still I have the file that is in the installer already there and it gives me the choice to replace it, skip it or compare it I campared it and it was eactly the same size what is the one that says COPY_MSVCR110D
Because that is the Chinese version of the Microsoft dll that opens up TCP port 43214 so the Chinese government can visit your hard drive without your knowledge. Could it be just so they can provide easier technical support and be able to see your files on your HD and your screens? Does this make you wonder when installing Chinese software on your PC?I also notice the date on that file is 2012
After the installation, run the file COPY_MSVCR110D.BAT that you will find in the C:\Program Files (x86)\YiHiEcigar\SXi-Q\SXI-package\x64 folder. It will copy the file and make a registry change.
