New York City Councilman Vallone proposes e-cig usage ban in workplaces, sales ban to minors

NYC Councilman Peter Vallone has proposed an ordinance to ban e-cigarette sales to minors and to ban usage of e-cigarettes in locations were smoking is banned. This bill has been referred to Health Committee.
