Finally received my Bellus tank but the AFC control ring is super loose, is spinning without any pressure. I checked and I think that the ORings are too thin to hold it. Any thoughts on how can I fix that. It is a real hassle having to adjust the afc ring everytime...

Thicker orings?

Try one of the spares included in the package. I'm hoping it's a faulty oring and not grooves that are too deep.

I've had that issue, then after a wash and rebuilding it was fine, next build, it was loose again, really weird

That's strange. The locking ring at the bottom of the tank basically holds the AFC ring. Not sure where they're getting that from lol. No issues at all with mine.

I received mine and it is super loose there's a 1mm distance from the afc ring to the locking ring. Just by tilting the device the afc can get out of position.

I got my bellus in the mail yesterday
cleaned it did a single coil 2.5mm coil at 1.1ohms 28ga kanthal
The flavor is great building is the same as the goliath
Only problem Ive had so far is it leaks some when I top fill so i just bottom filled
MTL and DL both are great airflow is good for both
now just to figure how to stop the leak in top fill
I already tried putting top cap on and turning upside down before opening the air flow
The wicking is fine no leaks after the leaks after filling

I've done nothing but top fill, but I've also been primarily using dual coils. I got some flooding from cutting the wick a little too short, but alleviated the problem by adding a touch longer wick to the mix. Have you tried adjusting the length of your wick to see if it makes any difference?

Probably just need a bit more wick in the channels. Cotton seems to keep swelling even after its saturated so maybe just a little time will fix it for this build.

ok....after enormous leaks after top filling, finally i got it right.

no matter what is your wicking method, how dense it is, the crucial point is YOU HAVE TO REST YOUR WICK TO THE BACK GROOVE OF JUICE CHANNELS. don't leave any hole on the back sides.

put some juice first on the wicks.... set the wicks to the back groove by tweezers/screwdriver then snap it to the glass section.

- some people prefer to leave "tail" on the juice channels, it's OK, specially for thinner juice (<50 VG).
- some prefer to cut it right at the deck's edge (just like me ;)), it's fine too.
