Thank you so much Miss Roxy! Oddly enough, the wick you picture that is working for you, is my typical wick on other addy's, and is what I first used on the Bellus. With total failure. Seems everyone is getting different results.

R. Tripper just put up a vid on Y-Tube, in which he put the wick just flat on the deck, and used the excess semi wrapped around the deck surface. Sorta looks like nesting. Tried it, and low and behold, I filled while AC ring was off, dabbed the small amount of seep out of the air channels, and not a drop leaked since.

Used all day yesterday, while at HP, and about town. Both upright, and with addy on side. Performed flawlessly. Woo-Hoo!!!

Flavor is outstanding. No post looseness Here!

Knife

Glad you found something that works. I can't watch Rip Trippers without getting a migraine  I just know what I've been doing has worked perfectly for me, so I may as well stick with it :)

Right behind you...
I ordered a few of these for my Bellus and Goliath V2.

Sick as tints!

Of course, it's coming from FastTech, so the Bellus V4 and the Goliath V6 will be out by the time they arrive, but hopefully Youde sticks to the same glass design.

Cigabuy is trying to give PayPal the run around so I upped my claim to dispute. Still really really wanting to use this tank...:grr::tumble:
So you did not get your Bellus from cigabuy? Let me please know the outcome. So I cross them off my list. You ordered just after me I believe. So it should have arrived.

According to their nearly impossible to follow tracking it has been stuck at a US Post office 2 hours away since the 23 rd of last month. They would not respond to my emails until I involved PayPal, their emails were the typical pretyped canned responses. I'm in a dispute with then via PayPal right now. I just want a refund so I can order stateside.

I have waited patiently for almost a month after paying for expedited airmail. They chose not to promptly respond to my emails and they have chose not to pursue what their shipping company had done with the package. I used USPS's hotline and attempted to speak with a live person with no avail, the automated system have me the same information as their website, stating the package has arrived the 23rd of October with no further movement.

Due to this transaction, I will never use Cigabuy and will warn others of what can happen if they use Cigabuy. If the USPS does in fact have the package, Cigabuy needs to contact them and find out what's happened. On the meantime they should have offered a refund or overnight shipping. ECF is a big forum and I can warn enough people to cause more than 25.00$ worth of trouble...

I feel for you. I also have some feelings on customer service problems when ordering overseas. Not everyone is the same, but there appears to be some lack of comunication for the main part of the problem. I'm sure it will be resolved and I have 2(Bellus) that I may decide to sell. Not sure at this time if really want to, Just does'nt appear to be for me. Check back later.

Something I have run into odd about the Bellus, that I have never experienced before.

I was getting leaking off and on with it. Tried Rip Trippers wicking method which worked one day, and leaked the next???

Wanted to try some different wire, which my ProVari could not handle in duel coil mode. Coiled it in single mode, and three days now, not a drop of leakage!

Makes no sense to me. Still plenty of air thru both chimney and port to allow seepage, but Nothing!

Ond Big + for the Bellus, is it doesn't seem to know how to give a dry hit! I do appreciate that!

I've been patient so I don't want it to come off as the typical "gotta have it right now". I understand that shipping a tiny item thousands of miles away can hit some roadblocks. I do however expect a certain level of accountability from the seller. If I sold something and shipped it with no receipt by the buyer in the timeframe dpecified, I would do everything in my power to satisfy the customer and keep MY name in good standing.

I've gone 4 MONTHS waiting for a ten dollar package from Gearbest, emails/excuses back and forth. Finally went into a dispute with them via PayPal.

Done with China etailers. (Except maybe FT, maybe)

I would definitely be interested in one of your device's should you list it in the classys. I'm sort of waiting on a refund before I purchase anything else as that money is my budget right now. PayPal informed me that the dispute could take up to 30 days, and that's if they decide in my favor.:censored:

Learned right away don't use larger then 2.5 mm coil on Bellus.
They gave a hint by supplying two 2.5 mm coils.

Not that much room for anything larger.

I'm still a relative newbie to all of this and I'm interested in building my own coils. How easy (or hard) will it be to properly mount the coil(s) and properly wick it in comparison to a Kanger Subtank Mini?

I'm looking at a single coil build in the ohm neighborhood of 1.2-1.8. At this time I'm not too interested in subohming. Maybe that will change in the coming months.
