if i want to vape at around 30-40 watts, at what resistance should i build my coils on this tank?
You are right in the range I like! For me .3 to .4 ohms vapes well in that range. I currently have a .34 ohm build at 35 watts in my Bellus. It's a nice warm - not to hot - vape with a short ramp up time.

is that a dual coil build?
Yeah sorry oops. I run pretty much the exact same build in most of my tanks - dual 26/34 kanthal claptons, 2mm ID, 6 wrap which always comes out in the .32 to.38 range.

Not a bellus but it's the same build...

Is that build juice hungry?
Depends on what it's in. In the bellus, it is a little bit, not too bad. In a Mutank (the tank in the picture) it absolutely guzzles the juice but in a Billow V2 it's no worse than a regular micro coil build. Other factors like airflow, juice channel size, wattage and viscosity can affect consumption too.
