Hi CzechCzar
Welcome to ECF. Daunting task! Good move Best of luck to you and who knows, maybe after the snus returns to your life you can do both. Especially if you find that flavor that just works! You might have trouble about just straight nicotine so maybe you could snuff until snus comes back? See you "over there"

Well, im a Reo fan. But for short term and newbie stuff im a eRoll lover. Ones abox and the other is a cigalike. Maybe mention what look you are interested, size and maybe how much you want to spend. These people here really know a lot. Hen search the things you hear aout and be prepared to read until your brains stop working. Lots of incomprhensible posts. Mine are usually really incomprehensible. I get lazy. Then they use sooo many, you no those abbreviations using the the first letter of the things. Like ... haha. Anyway. Lots to seea, vast territory

I was actually a pack a day smoker AND a Marlboro Snus user. I used 1 Snus pack every evening while watching TV. I also used Snus in places I couldn't smoke, such as movie theaters, on planes, in long meetings at work, etc. Since I started vaping I have not used Snus or smoked an analog. I still have 3 unused Snus pouches. Granted as MF DOOM points out I have only been vaping for a few months, but vaping can definitely help with Snus craving as well as cigarette cravings.

I started on a $20 kit with pre-loaded catomizers. Then I moved to better cig-a-like batteries and filling my own cartos when I still am currently. Although I am now looking and a slightly bigger system.

I'm new here myself but recommend the ecigs over snuff any day. Just save yourself the time, money and trouble and go with a good battery, many like the ProVari's (I'm using an Ego-C Twist and an Ego-T Upgrade as a backup) and a good tank system. The tank system is the harder part. Some like cartotanks, others like clearomizers. I'm using the Vision Vivi Nova mini and many people like this tank, just have to make sure it is the Vision branded tank, many knock offs out there. These are even easily rebuildable. They last long with minimum maintenance and very easy to clean. You can buy replacement heads if rebuilding isn't your thing. Just get a variable voltage battery and you're halfway there!

I'd kill to see a response from someone here more than a year. You can tell this high wears down...quick. All the advice givers are fresh starts. How can you give advice.
And save the explanations...why is there no more sages anymore? Oh yeah, the high wore off.

Ahem... Please don't kill anybody.

So far, the OP didn't ask for advice--just announced that he's looking into e-cigs.

Off topic: I'd say most people, such as myself come here when just getting into this because it is so overwhelming with the number of options out these days. Its good a place like this exists where users can share experiences and give feedback and inform new users to enhance their first experience. Getting into this can be too much for some and a bad experience may be bad enough where users resort to tobacco products rather than the healthier alternative this allows us. Just my 2 cents. Sorry for the off topic rant.

Hi CzechCzar and welcome to ECF. You're addicted to a tobacco product and I believe you came to the right place. Is it any wonder that over the past 5+ yrs BT has been selling smokeless tobacco products. I have 4 converts that were Snus users. Two quit vaping after 8 months and since then have never had an urge for Snus. The remaining 2 are presently vaping (6 months) and have successfully stopped using Snus.
Wishing you the Very Best of Luck.
