Just wanted to say hello from newbville. I'm over 50 and was smoking cigarettes since I was 15 till two weeks ago when I started vaping. Just put the smokes down and picked up the pv and never looked back yet and hopefully never will. Hello to all!

Welcome to ECF. I use to smoke cigars and Pipes. Was inhaling cigars at the end. Glad to see you put down the stinky.
Yeah, I'm over 50...OK 60...did the same thing. The younguns on here don't realize how great these new fangled things are. Pardon me, got to go yell at some kids to get off my grass.

Has it been a pretty transition? I've been smoking for 21 years. today is day one for me...
I am about a week in the first couple of days felt like I was quitting but the withdrawal was about 1/4th what it normally is. After the first few days my run times, breathing, insane cost on my budget have already started to improve and I don't plan on turning back.
This is using a 24mg 70pg/30vg blend
(btw this is my first post, I have been lurking pretty hard for the past week)
i smoked for thirty years and quit the day i tried vaping three months ago.my only complaint is (if you wanna call it that) is my sense of smell is back and everything STINKS.I never realized how bad my sense of smell was
