hello all I have been smoking a long time, however I am not that old, only 27.

I wish to switch from analog and I feel this will help my health.

I am new, I know nothing really.

I just purchased a new e-cig.... the price was too good to beat.

I got the njoy menthol express kit for $9.99usd and a 5cart menthol pack for $9.99

I plan to use this which have identified as the rn 4081 series.

I was looking at a kit from aquavaporcig RN4081 PCC Kit for 59.99 for next month

i am looking for a e-cig that is reliable and compact. I have to have it with me at work, I am a half pack a day smoker. i only smoke about 45 minutes a day but it is getting expensive. I quit analogs for a year and a half, and started smoking again 3 months ago with a new job. I hate smelling like smoke, and I hate the extra crap in analog cigs.

looking for a e-cig that will keep, and I do nto mind switching batteries, only that parts will not be an issue.

I understand atomizers burn out, batteries die... and juice runs out.. but what is a good reliable product that is easy to use/fill and gives me the option of multiple flavor choices.

I carry a bag with me everywhere so space is not really a finate quality to me, only carrying size so I can have a bag with me.

mind you i only get 15 minute breaks. so i think drip tips may not be available for me with this model but inform me please

Welcome to ECF, and your decission on a better life ahead of you. I'm not familiar with the kits you mentioned. I can recomend the eGo twist or the Vision Spinner. Both are comparable priced and offer you the advantage of VV if you so wish, which you will eventually. For a delivery system I'd recomend the vivi nova. I've got 10 of the nova's and still keep them in rotation along with other things. Good luck with the start of a great journey.

After ten months vaping, spending the first five of them trying to find a good setup, I now use a regular eGo (or Riva 510) battery vith a eGo Vision replaceable clearomizer. No fuss, easy refill, battery will last a full day. It is bigger than the minis, but I still carry it everywhere and use at work. No one minds. Different size batteries let you choose what size device you carry (length). Refill is simple, and a full eGo Vision will last you a day as you use to smoke 1/2 a pack. I never use my slim / mini e-cigs anymore, but they do come out when friends want to have a try and wants something cigarette-like... Probably a good idea to start out with, as it feels more familiar :)

ok i see the suggestions and have done some research of my own, I like the idea of the vivi nova's and can see that for home use or out at a club where the high capacity is needed.

I am looking at the eGO Tank Electronic Cigarette from aquavaporcig for 59.99 with the Upgrade to 2 CE5 Clearomizers for FREE in place of eGo T Atomizers.

I may use my current 4081 with carts to test net juice before I but it in the ego for work use, don't want to sit at work looking like a crack addict filling with syringes lol

Ohms is the resistance in the atty. Resistance is what creates the heat. On a standard battery, higher ohms, less heat, lower ohms, more heat. This is what we had to do in "the old days". Take a regular battery and find our "sweet spot" by changing the carto's out to find what we liked best.
With variable voltage we don't have to do that anymore. You buy what you can then adjust the battery for the heat or flavor you like. Even adjust it for the mood you are in.
Just be careful if you go the EGO route, don't buy anything under 1.7ohms as a general rule they don't seem to either work well, or not at all if you give them too much of a load.
Good luck, I really think the EGO's will get you going in the right direction.

I kind of liked the CE 5 setup. But after the juice gets half way down it can get sort of burn silicon tasting.

Variable voltage in the EGo style batteries can add a lot. Certain juices taste better with more power, and the twist or the spinner allow you to crank up the volts pretty easily.

Typed on my mobile. Please excuse typos.

i am not seeing the twist or spinner? on the sites i am checking out. i did see a "Variable Voltage eGo V Pass-Through Battery" from 3 to 6v in .1 incriments

that is 24.95 and can add 2 eGo 2.5ml ViVi Nova Tank with 3 Atomizer Heads [+$18.95]

which seems pretty solid to me... since I am on a computer all day and can charge my battery while at work

I bought that kit from Aqua Vapor (after the nJoy) also. I still have it and use it when I need to "stealth vape". The PCC is great to have around, you never know when you'll need to recharge the battery. Aqua Vapor has good customer service IMHO and the kit can be added to easily.
JUST KNOW...this is the beginning. You WILL be upgrading soon ;)

That you will have to try and see what you like! I tried the Vivi's, not my thing! Muted the flavor and gave me a burnt taste after about 20min. Many people love them!
I see a lot of people saying the clearo's leak or don't wick well with certain juices. I can't say, never tried them, and after my Vivi experience I don't care to try!
I like carto tanks, simple and good flavor, for me! Many people don't like them for a variety of reasons!
Something you will have to learn, and quickly, is taste is very subjective, what I like, 1,000's of other wont! What 1,000's of other like, I wont! I can describe a flavor to perfection to you, but it wont taste the same to you, everyone has different tastes and will pick up different flavors in each juice. So be ready to try different things and get sample of juice when first starting out. THEN once you get settled in, your taste buds will clear up and you get to start all over again!
Not trying to be negative, it's kinda fun really, but everyone is different!

You can link, just sometimes the software doesn't like the link for some reason or another?
That looks like a reasonable choice to start with for sure! I will, however, strongly suggest you get another battery, just because, just in case! Back ups are GOOD! You never know when it might go dead, get dropped, who knows, and you are high and dry! Then the next thing you know you are back on "old reliable" again and have to start all over again! Just a piece of advice from someone that's been there!
Good luck and enjoy the ride, it just gets better from here!

i think i will get the one i described link here Variable Voltage eGo V Electronic Cigarette with Built in Passthrough Function | eCig Variable Voltage eGo V Battery sorry if we are not supposed to link

but that for $24.95 and the option to get the (2) eGo-Vision-CE5-Clearomizer-Holds-1.6ml-Changeable-Atomizer-Head

that keeps me at $35 with no juice

seems reasonable to me

That's a great way to go, for a little bit more $ you can get the same one (updated ver) with a puff counter, great to keep your vapping in check, since unlike an analog there is no auto stop (ciggerrete done).

I love this forum it by far has the broadest range of vapping info period. I know it can be hard to decide where to start. I've just read all the post to your questions and as always you'll get many answers cause we all have different tastes, preferences and opinions. Most of what you've been told so far is solid reliable ,tried and true. What got me off the analogs permanently was a smok tech 900mah pass thru capable battery kit that I bought from Rubber City Vapers. I got it at their retail location tho I saw it online first. I didn't want to wait on the mail :) it came with everything I needed to start up with including juice 18mg tobacco flavor. From the first toot I took I knew I had smoked my last cigarette ever. I now use a variety of vapping products my latest purchase a variable voltage mod from AquaVaporCigs. I also made my own 5v box mod which isn't fancy or flashy and it cost me less than $15 to make. I guess my point is that your choice to quit the evil tobacco sticks is definitely the right one. Coming here for info was another. You can't go wrong with some of the choices you have already made and most likely your tastes will change as time goes and more good products become available for us Vapers. Congadulations on making the switch.

I would recommend the ego twist and a vivi nova just as TNT56 did. It will way out perform the cig look alike ones. If you really want one that looks like a cig than I recommend the volt from smokless image.Hope this helps.[/QUO'sTE]

I second the twist (eGo-CTwist), like the VV, got a clearomizer tank and some 510 attys for dripping new flavors. Picked up 2 of the 650's, always have a charged back up Stopped me from smoking analogs, three weeks now.
