Hi all I've been using e-cigs for about 12 months now, however only been using the boggo standard ego batteries and although they helped me cut down I never actually gave up smoking cigarettes until 4 days a go when I bought a itaste mvp 3.0 battery and a kangertech subtank, I have to admit even though it cost me a bomb I am made up i am no longer smoking fags no more, one thing I've noticed though is I go through a hell of a lot more liquid than I used too. Is this normal? And have I made a good choice going with this set up?

Cheers for the input I used to vape 24mg of nicotine but when I bought the subtank I was recommended to drop to 11mg I have to say it gives a great taste but I'm now using about 4ml a day, I've got the full size subtank but debating on getting the mini as it looks a more comfortable size

Good set up and yes its normal to go through more liquid when you get to a device with more air flow and start to vape at higher watts.

So I'm not going to O/D on nicotine vaping 4ml of juice with 11mg of nicotine a day? Probs just being paranoid but I am still kind of new to this and from what I've read it works out about the same as smoking approx 70 fags a day, I might try 6mg when I next buy some juices

I looked into it once and you would need to vape an amount way above anything I've ever heard or anyone ever does.

Don't worry Darren. That's not correct.

4ml x 11mg is 44mg TOTAL.

The yield is only about 25%-40% (best guess). That's somewhere between 11mg an 18mg... less than a packet of 1mg cigs.

A regular 1mg cigarette has 10mg of Nicotine before you smoke it. That's a 10% yield.

Yield and total Nicotine are not the same. That's why E-Lites are scumbag liars when they say that one E-Lites refill is 40 cigarettes. It's not. Not even 10 cigarettes.

There are no e-cigs on the market that can get your blood levels as high as smoking. That's why many people still get nicotine cravings... especially with Nicolites and E-lites crap.

Cheers That's put my mind at ease so will no longer have to worry about vaping too much so will be able to carry on vaping happily glad I moved on to the box mod and got rid of fags altogether
