The FDA and USP labels only apply to things made for sale or use in the United States...... These thing don't mean anything to the rest of the world..... They have their own taxation/regulatory agencies.
Ah..ok. Learned something new. I just wanted him to be safe. :)

Or if I infuse some tobacco for Rolles in VG?
Your in luck there is a sub-forum dedicated to extracting from tobacco
Liquid Extraction From Tobacco

I meant to try for sometime but I haven't had the time yet. Cold extraction seem to take months. There hot extraction with or without alcohol and many options.

Right now I have a Bo'sun RDA, Very nice atty, Dual Post Velocity Style with huge post hole very easy to build on it. Very Deep juice well, with side and top airflow.

I also have a Veritas Clone by Tobeco. Nice flavor but it's a pain to build on it.

I have a teapot by iCloud mostly for visual novelty effect, Good flavor but I broke the glass top. I also have a lemo 2 good rebuildable tank but I tend to use it less and less in favor of my dipper. It has a decent deck but compare to my RDA it has very small hole and screw so less that ideal for anything other than simple coil.

Also I like to constantly rotate juice so RDA is better for me. All on a mech tube mode with LG HB6 18650 nice 30A battery but not much capacity so 4 of them in constant rotation.

As far as Diy I order some flavor from nicotinelab, Their fruit flavor are good. The tobacco flavor not to my taste. Good tobacco flavor are hard to find. Right now there a Montecristo Aficionado e-liquid that I like and a French Pipe e-liquid from a local shop that good. Every other tobacco flavor I tried are meh very artificial tasting.

Have you tried Pristine - Iron Lung ? It's a Quebec brand is why I ask. Curious what you think, cause I found it is quite realistic tobacco flavor. Although now I'm trying to do my own mixes. :) I think they are using real tobacco to get the flavor though so maybe thats why lol. :)

Years ago I was surprised by the YouTube videos of Chinese Ejuice manufacturing facilities. They are all ISO 9000 certified with employees wearing masks and lab coats. There are no back room mom and pop juice labs associated with Dekang and Hangsen. I've vaped mostly Dekang and Hangsen for years and have enjoyed the flavors they produce. I get 3mg nic strength in 50ml bottles for $11.99.

Almost all the hardware we use in vaping has its manufacturing roots in China. They are also leaders in juice manufacturing.

try 1/4 of the 18 mg juice with 3/4 vegetable glycerin. this should cut it to about 4 mg nicotine. it will weaken the flavor but should eliminate the harshness. if you don`t mind paying shipping you can order flavors and all other supplies and make your juice. hangsen tobacco flavors are very good.
