Ho everyone. I've been reading this forum for a while and this community seems to be very very helpful. I have been smoking a little over a pack of day for about 7 years and I need to quit. I've been to a ton of websites and read a ton of post but this is all still extremely confusing and I would be taking a guess on whatever I bought. I want something im going to throw away in a month. I would like something with a strong hit. I'd like to be able to smoke in my car. I don't Care if it looks like a cig. I want something strong because im
VERY addicted to cigs. Can someone post a link to a specific kit that they would recommend? My budget is about 75ish. I really appreciate your help.

I would go with an E-Power, Riva, or kGo. Any of those would give you a great PV that is easy to use and fairly inexpensive.
I have an E-Power and love it. Everything is replaceable so it keeps costs down and batteries are cheap. E-Power batts cost $4 compared to ego/Riva/kGo batts that are $14-20. The batteries are 1050mah and you get 2 in a kit. I get about a day to a day and a half on one battery.
Like madjack said, Hoosier ecig supply has the E-Power for a decent price.
If you do decide you like the E-Power than I would wait till Monday and order it from Crystal Clear Vapor. They dont have them on the site right now bc he is waiting for the new springs to come in for the kits. The new springs are goldplated, longer, and stiffer. Also CCV has the new switch and Hoosier doesnt. The new switch has a 5-click on/off feature and a white LED instead of the blue. I talked to him today and Andrew said the new springs will be in Monday. I also think its worth waiting bc CCV gives you a bunch of free stuff with the kit. Its $57, so $12 more than Hoosier, but you get about $25 in free stuff so its def worth it.
You get a free 5-pack of Ressurector cartos, a free 30ml juice of your choice, and free shipping. Plus put in "ecf5off" and youll get 5% off the order. Def a great deal and that would give you everything you need to get going.
The Ressurector cartos are awesome and produce great TH and huge amounts of vapor. They hold 2ml of juice so you wont have to refill often. Its an easy to use ecig that packs a nice punch for an affordable price.
Regardless, if you dont want to wait the Hoosier deal is not bad at all, but for the new switch, better spring, and all the extras I think its def worth the wait

Sorry guys, I was typing this from my iPhone. I want something I
Will " not " throw away in a month. Mad, does this still apply to what you said? I don't care if it looks like a cig, I just want it to " feel " like a cig as much as possible really...

LOL...I was wondering if I was reading your post right. madjack is spot on with the recommendation. It will last you for quite some time.

I made the assumption that IS what you meant and my advice still stands as given...my big E gives ME exactly what I want in a PV...a regulated and replaceable switch, cheap(5bux) replaceable batts that last ME most all day, a solid feel, and nice rubberized finish...if it were the size of a BIC lighter, it would be perfect..........

Madjack was the one that recommended the E-Power to me and Im extremely glad/grateful he did. It has worked flawlessly. I got mine about the same time and havent had the slightest problem. I also bought an extra switch but have not had to use it. My original still works perfectly. I also havent had to replace the batteries either. I did get a High-Drain battery to use also but still use the stock batteries too. The batteries that come with the kit work suprisingly well. It has been able to handle any atty/carto I throw at it with no problems, 1.25ohm, DCs, you name it. And the 1.5ohm DCs that are designed for the E-Power and hold over 5ml of juice work very well too. For the price and ability to replace parts cheaply, its a great PV. The only thing I didnt like was the little plastic piece that comes with it that wraps around the switch so the button doesnt get accidentily activated. I always found it a pain to take it on and off, and its easy to lose. But Im going to order the new switch that has the 5-click on/off feature this weekend, so once I get that I wont have a single complaint about the E-Power

And by the way thank you again madjack!

madjack is spot on with the e-power suggestion. It's what I use. I've not had the best of luck with $5.00 batteries, but I have had great luck with $10 battery, specifically the smaller Tenergy 14500s. I may go AW14670.

My unit was the NoEgo edition, bring your own battery.

I'm not happy with their rubberized black, it flakes, unless changes have been made, I suggest Titanium or stainless steel.

...glad it has worked for ya Rob...I didn't know they had a 5click switch, who is selling it???

Matt, I have had no flaking or sign of flaking of the rubberized finish...so far mine has been absolutely bulletproof and I am not easy on equipment(the opposite in fact)...the stock batts have been flawless, I bought some BDL IMR Hidrains and one died after about a month and the other has been less than stellar...for replacements, if I don't go with the stock, generic no-names, I am looking at the AW14670s myself..........

The new switch just came out not too long ago, within the last month or so. CCV is selling them and a few others are too, but not many. If any vendor has one now that says it has a white LED instead of the blue, then thats the new one with the 5-click on/off.
The only other vendor Ive seen that has it is sweet-vapes.com. They actually have it for alittle cheaper, $8.95, but once you add shipping their more than CCV. Im going to order one from CCV this weekend

If your looking for AW 14670 batteries Id get them from Super T Manufacturing, their shipping is only $1.70

And if your tube does flake and/or you just want a new one or a different color, Hoosier now sells the 14650 tubes for really cheap, $5.50. Any other vendor Ive seen that has the tubes sells them for over $10. They have the black, SS, and titanium. If you already have the batteries and charger you could basically build yourself another E-Power for next to nothing. They have the cones too for around $3
$5.50 for the tube, $9.50 for a switch, and about $3 for the cone if youd like and you have a second E-Power for under $20

The plastc with the blue LED is the 2nd switch. Thats the one I have too. Now theres a new-new switch

Crystal Clear Vaping

Heres the link to the switch. Look closely in the description for it. Its different now. He only just started selling them. The spare switch I got a few weeks ago was the blue LED, I would have waited if I know the 3rd switch was coming out. Im still going to order one anyway, it will be nice to know it wont accidentily fire in your pocket

Also look at the description for the E-Power kit. Its says it there too in the beginning of the desription. He already has the new switches and they will be included in the E-Power kits now. He said today that he has over 150 E-Power kits right now. The only reason it still says out of stock is because hes waiting for the new goldplated springs to come in on monday. Hes going to include them in the kit also. Once he gets them then he will put the E-Power kits back on the website.

Ok future Vapor buddies, I've decided im going to go ahead and order this kit from CCV. I am planning on waiting till Monday to get that better deal. I was looking around CCV and wanted to confirm that the kit on there is still the " old " kit and not the " New " one with the upgrades? Im excited to get started! Should i still pick up the extra juice even though it comes with the 30? Also, what Is the strongest amount of nicotine available? Thanks!
