32 long term smoker. A buddie of mine just ordered BLu's, and I stumbled upon this website while researching. I have tried to read most of the "must reads" but reserve the right to ask at least 5 dumb questions as I am ADHD. Nicotine seems to relax my hyperactivity, but i dont want to die of lung cancer and i still jog and play basketball.

Blu's look pretty kewl, but the 4+ week lead time on the starter kit has me shopping before buying.

General opinion is that there are better e-cigs than the Blu. Look and read around here, there is a wealth of information about e-cigs on this board.

Basically depends what you want, for ease of use/good all around, cartomizers(kr808d-1 models), more throat hit, 510 probably, better taste/decent throat hit 901. Also I think its really cool that kr808 bats are compatible with 901 atomizers, so if you wanted to try 2 devices you could get a 901 atomizer and a kr808 kit.

Few users here have used Blu. Out of the Brand Names (which means they buy China product and put their name on it) it seems to be reasonably priced.

I'd forget the 4 week lead time and buy another product. Personally I like the 801 for the amount it vapes and long lasting batts. The new fav here seems to be the 510. There are many retailers who will sell you eather, for a decent price without waiting 4 weeks.

Also as you may have seen on the blu website, their PPC (personal charger cases) are at risk of exploding. Hence the recall and the 4 week wait.

A one week lead time is silly unless you're ordering a custom mod. Yeah, the kr808s are good, especially since you just screw on a cart and go. Easy to refill the carts - just drip a few drops in the battery end before it gets too dry or tastes burnt.

My fav is the 510. You might want to check out NHALER.com (their forum is here ) They sell both models as cheap as anybody in the US and have a huge selection of liquids. If you do buy from them, use the coupon code saveinnj at checkout to get 10% off.

a 510 kit from nhaler is coming. I didnt notice your coupon code, but it would have only been 5 bucksish. 24 hours from joining this forum to picking my first kit. Seen that best buy commercial with Brett Favre and the tvs? Not my style

I recommend the M401 with extra atomisers, USB Passthrough, Manual Batts, blank carts and liquid.

If you are adventurous enough, you might wanna try the M702 which is a PC model or the M602 which is a manual starter kit. Do remember to leave a review.
