Newby needs help

I started vaping to quit cigarettes. I am 63 years old and retired and live on a fixed income I would like to know where to go for starting formulations and supplies that are reasonably priced. I use nicotine 12 to 18mg in my juices I buy. I have found these two become very costly.I am an ex lab formulator in the Ink and Coatings industry and I'm familiar with formulation procedures and terminology. If you are located in the US, you can use amazon to find propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine(i buy from essential depot on there). I use nude nicotine for my nicotine base. I use flavor west for flavorings.

After months of discussion,, the consensus here feel nicotine is #1 on the FDA hit list.
Mail order could be nixed any time after 8/8/16.
Act accordingly..
