Hi Newsunshine

I've always been very impressed with HC's customer service.

But this time I'm a little disappointed. I've submitted a ticket regarding a Ego C upgrade 1000mah battery, that stopped working, on the 11/08/2012, but have not received a reply yet.
Can you please check up on that for me.

No. My colleague answers most tickets.

we get many tickets every day. I will answer tickets when she is busy. :)

We are looking for a new colleague who know Ecig and write English well, so we can answer tickets timely. but it is not easy to find a right one. :(
