Tib - does the 510 come in 380 mah like the 808 xtra longs?
I just bought 2 808s xtra long and I see that these cartomizers only work on 510s..
I guess that means it will not work on 808 with adapter - right?

If you have a 901/808 to 510 adapter then the 510 cartomizer should work.

Just checked, it does work that way.

ok so I got a friend who ordered some of those royal smoker 808D-1 cartos to the UK and are shipping them to her here in the states...and I'm gonna buy a few off of her at cost to give em a try...
I don't think V4L is gonna have them til August from the rumors I've heard...so we shall see soon hopefully...

I do know a bunch of people have ordered the 510 ones too since that ordering opened back up..

to me it looks as they have a capsule of some sort that's kinda like a tank that you fill...and it drips the juice onto the wicking fibers (or the wick goes into the actual tank) that the coil wire is coiled around... at least that's what it looks like from the pictures...

think of it like this...a tiki torch...make it a ring and have the wick going into it at both sides in the center of the ring ... and the fire would be in the middle...the lamp oil would wick into the wick from both sides keeping it wet..

there's 2 little fill holes on the top of it...looks as if you'd need a syringe..the fill holes probably help to vent it too so it doesnt vapor lock and the juice actually flows to the wick

i dunno still sounds like a pain in the ... to me especially for those that like cartos because they're easier - what u just described make me stick to my zfm carts just for ease.

Drozd, thanks for the explanation. It made sense to me in theory just not sure how it would actually work for vaping.

yes, there are some ecf members hoping for delivery any day now who promised to give a full report asap

I would go in on this co-op, where ever it's done. Looks like a great deal.

shipping charges are the main problem here but could maybe be negogiated. our trueman co-op ran almost $120 in shipping but that was offset by the wholesale price we got.
most importantly, we need to get some feedback on performance.
let's see what the mods decide and take it from there
