I've only been vaping for about three and a half months, but I've ordered from NHaler at least 5 or 6 times and have always had very good customer service from Drew and Aisa. I always get an emailed order confirmation and a separate emailed shipping notice.
The only two problems I have ever had were "equipment" issues.....the first was a sticky eGo battery button which was immediately replaced by Drew, and the second was a LR Atty that wasn't included in a kit, but was immediately shipped when I emailed them about it.
NHaler's Octane juice is a bit pricey, but I stick with it because it is made here in the USA and it's GOOD. Seven bucks for shipping is a little high, but if you always remember to use the 10% discount code (saveinnj) it takes a bit the sting out of it.
NHaler (and MadVapes) are my main go-to's. Always good service and good product from both.
