I've only been vaping for about three and a half months, but I've ordered from NHaler at least 5 or 6 times and have always had very good customer service from Drew and Aisa. I always get an emailed order confirmation and a separate emailed shipping notice.

The only two problems I have ever had were "equipment" issues.....the first was a sticky eGo battery button which was immediately replaced by Drew, and the second was a LR Atty that wasn't included in a kit, but was immediately shipped when I emailed them about it.

NHaler's Octane juice is a bit pricey, but I stick with it because it is made here in the USA and it's GOOD. Seven bucks for shipping is a little high, but if you always remember to use the 10% discount code (saveinnj) it takes a bit the sting out of it.

NHaler (and MadVapes) are my main go-to's. Always good service and good product from both.

I am new ordering with Nhaler, but from my first experience with them I am very happy with their customer service. I ordered a Magnum Kit (which I intend to review here after a few days of use) and they shipped it right away. Not only that but when it arrived I didn't know how to use it properly and thought it wasn't working so I left a message on their website thinking the product was defective. Within an hour, on a weekend, Drew called me and walked me through how to use it properly (which me, being a a newbie, did not know how). One of the atomizers that came with the kit was defective and he also said he would send me a new one right away along with a drip tip and cartomizer to help me learn how to use the low resistance E cig. I can't remember the last time I had such a wonderful customer service experience where I didn't come out of it feeling frustrated. Now, when using this device correctly it is AMAZING and feels just like smoking a real cigarette. Also, the flavors of the juice really come alive when vaping this way. I am learning and now LOVING this new 501 mod ecig and plan to do a lot of business with NHaler in the future!
