Nhaler service above and beyond

I was recently in Florida...I live in south Jersey. I was there to care for my 30 year old niece who had a botched double mastectomy. She had the procedure to prevent getting breast cancer like her grandmother, aunt and mother. I am a disabled nurse and a customer of Drew. I packed for the 3 week trip and blew out 2 901 HV attys (they were not from Drew but a cheap China supplier...not Eastmall...another "fly" by night.) I wanted to use my xhaler and needed a new endcap as I tried a carto without an adapter and stripped the threads. I was...very upset and remembered he was coming to the same area for a vape meet. l called him and placed my order and he hand delivered it to the vape meet. To top it all...He refused payment. He also donated hundreds of dollars worth of e-cig stuff for the raffles and pinata. Perhaps the best giveaway (to me) was a disposable e-cigar to my non vaping hubby who smokes an occasional high end stogie. (and was a reluctant vape meet participant) He loves it like a kid with a new toy, carries it everywhere...AND had a great time. WHEW!
Thanks Drew for great customer service and being one of the good guys.

Yeah, I have only done one order with them... and another should be coming.
I was very impressed with the service.
In my opinion, it was worth paying a bit extra for.
