I recently had to return an item to nHaler and I was very impressed with the immediate, personal service I received from Drew, including a personal phone call and several e-mails. I was even more impressed, though, because Drew processed my return and got me my refund right in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy! Even though he was running on generator power and had to carry his mail back and forth from a substation miles away (no deliveries to his location, of course), he retrieved my returned item and in this morning's mail I received a hand-addressed envelope with the details of my return and a hand-written refund check! Under the best of circumstances, this would be outstanding customer service; under the actual conditions, it is extraordinary! Thank you, Drew ... your reputation for exemplary service is well deserved, and your above-and-beyond efforts are much appreciated.
