Ni200, cant get lower gage to work properly

Hello. I have a VTC mini and I am trying to find my sweet spot for TC vaping. So far I have used 0.20mm and 0.28mm wire. My builds with the 0.20mm end up ~0.21Ω and with the 0.28mm at ~0.11Ω.

When I use the 0.28mm wire, temp has to be set quite a bit higher than the 0.20mm wire. 210C 0.20mm and 240C for the 0.28mm wire. Also, I get a lot of spitback when I use the 0.28mm wire.

Could I be doing something wrong?

My tank is a Subtank mini with the rba v2 Plus. Also have a Lemo 2, but I use only Kanthal on it.

try playing around with wick density, spitback sometimes means you aren't using enough wicking material
