Nic juice on a budget

Sorry if this has been asked to death. I'm at work with limited time to search, so...

Where would you recommend to shop around for cheap (but still USP) nic liquid? I have easy and plentiful access to personal protective gear, so high nic content is not a huge concern. I don't mind comparison shopping, but every time I try, I come across juice that would barely save me money, if at all. Plain VG and PG I've found, thanks to this sub forum (thank you) so it's the unflavored nic juice that is giving me fits

I'm new to DIY, and my budget won't even allow me to start for about a month, but it would be awesome to have all of my ducks in a row before I start. THANKS!!!!!

Gourmet Vapor also has sales on nic juice now and then. They sell the Box Elder nic juice. I paid around $22 for 120ml of 100mg nic juice on a 1/2 off sale quite a while back. Sales are often posted in this forum so check back here for them. You can also sign up for notices from Gourmet Vapor, they'll send you an email with the coupon code when a sale is going to start.

MyFreedomSmokes is having a 40% off sale now. I actually prefer it to BE/Gourmet, as it has a more pepper effect than the others mentioned above. I like the nic in my juice to tell me yep, I'm here! Little to no nic taste, and clear and colorless liquid. I get 100 mg VG. My juices, with all the components, cost about $.50 for 10 mL. About $80 for 500 mL of 100 mg is a reasonable price. I think RTS is a little cheaper.

Deals and Steals is where I always go. VoidMist is where I buy my nic base -- they frequently have 50% off sales, reasonable shipping prices, just picked up another 240 ml (2x120) of 60 mg last week. Never had a problem with their nic.

Just looked at them. Very good prices! I had wanted to start at 100mg for cost effectiveness (I know that's not advised, but I've worked with chemo, so nicotine doesn't scare me ) but for startup, VoidMist looks decent.

Wow! In one day I went from hopelessly lost to swimming in recommendations! You all rock!

depending on what mg you vape at, you could use tasty vapor, then add your 100mg/ml nic juice to their flavors to have a perfect vape. DIY is a whole lot of trial and error.

$15.50 for 4oz of flavoring............if you are vaping at 6mg, you only have to add 1.8ml of your 100mg/ml nic to a 1oz bottle....& the rest if all flavoring. I've found this is the least expensive route to go.

For cost, I convert to mg/$. I started with 100 mg/ml, but it turns out that 60 mg/ml was normally a better price point.

For example, a place sells 120 ml of 100 mg/ml for $38.25. That means it is 120 ml x 100 mg/ml / $38.25 = 314 mg/$. Same site, 240 ml of 60mg/ml runs $42.50. 240 x 60/42.5 = 339 mg/$. I get about 8% more nic/$ by buying the 60 mg/ml, and will use a bit less $ on no-nic filler PG or VG. 60 mg/ml is strong enough to leave plenty of room for flavoring and choosing a target PG/VG ratio, and still be able to mix pretty high strength eliquid.

No kidding!? Wow, that's what I get for making assumptions. Guess I'll have to dust off the old calculator

Edit: Wow! Just made a spreadsheet to try this with several vendors. Without exception, with the vendors I tried who offered both 60 and 100, the 60 was more cost effective. That blows my mind!
