With all this coming up about a maybe ban on flavors, I have some questions. I have mixed some 0 nic stuff, no biggie, but where do most of you all buy NIC in the US?
I keep seeing that it can be kept in the freezer, but if its vg based wont it freeze?
Last question, I vape mint flavor, not menthol, who has a good mint concentrate. I really don't want it to taste like an menthol analog cig, just good cool minty freshness. I buy my juice from either Madvapes, MFS or Vapemoar, but none have a mint concentrate any more.

Sometimes I vape 0mg so if the ban comes, I decided to go nicotine free once my current e-juice runs out. So I don't need to stock up on nic, but what about VG/PG? Will these still be readily available after the ban? I think I have seen both on Amazon so that night be the answer to my question.....

None of the ecig materials freeze except some flavorings. Flavorings should not be kept in the freezer though they can generally be kept in the fridge.

The issue with buying nic is the standard heat and light issue. You want it shipped to you over the shortest distance and spend the least amount of time between production and you. It can pay to find out who the manufacturer is and order as high up the distribution chain as you can, not for cost savings but to avoid storage time.

So 100 mg/ml nic doesn't expand in freezer? I put a liter in the freezer in the original packaging this weekend. I’ll be transferring it to glass bottles in the next few days. That would be a dangerous mess having to clean up busted nic bottles at that strength. Yikes. I should have transferred to my amber bottles immediately but didn’t have time.

It doesn't actually freeze in a home freezer as the temp isn't low enough to freeze it. I move to brown glass and freeze it doesn't expand

No clue. Shouldn’t though. I use plastic bottles. Generally things shrink when they chill. The only thing that doesn’t is water and that’s because of a peculiarity of ice crystals. Most stuff that isn’t water shrinks even if it freezes. Even water shrinks until it freezes

I just looked at them and no leakage. For years I’ve had 50 and 60 mg/ml in my freezer and they are fine if not a little thick since mine is in a vg base. I wasn’t sure about the higher level nic.

That might taste a bit strong. Even the weakest flavorings start to get overkill after 15%. Different people like different stuff though and different flavorings have different strengths. Some people use only a drop or two of some flavorings in a 60mg bottle. It’s very much YMMV.

VG and PG will still be available. They are used in other things besides vaping. I’m a 100% VG vaper as I had a slight reaction to the PG back when I first started vaping. And I love the thick vapor VG gives me. I can handle small amounts of PG but I just don’t use it.

I’m at 20% flavoring. But I think my taste buds are shot and I’m 100% VG which I feel matters.

There's this one place called Essential Depot. They don't sell e-cig stuff at all but they sell food-grade pg/vg and they have really good prices on gallon sizes. If a state ban comes that won't allow any shipments to come to your address then you can still get it from there.

Regarding the mint - my favourite is Capella Cool Mint. It's a creamy mint, that goes well with creams. bakeries etc.

Neither pg nor vg freeze, no worries of the bottle breaking. When the propagandists say we are vaping antifreeze they are referring to pg because it can be used as one, just isn’t poisonous like ethyl glycol (car antifeeze, and popular poison for wife’s to murder their husbands with). I watch a ton of ID discoveries murder porn lineup, great shows. Nicotine river is an excellent site to buy all your diy needs and they run sales maybe 5 times a year on major holidays. Ecigexpress runs sales weekly for flavorings so that site is a good place to get them when the brand you want is in sale. Good luck, mixing is fun and makes for a great creative outlet.

Oh and for glass bottles, glassbottleoutlet.com is good. Get lots of the little 10ml size to make single flavor testers so you know if you like a particular flavor. Then you can use the rest to mix with other tester bottles and create your own recipes. If it tastes like garbage you are only dumping a small amount.

I love playing armchair detective but I often cheat and google the names to see what happens and ruin the end. I can’t help myself, lol, ID is amazing and I never knew how crazy and/or stupid people are. It’s insane people walk among us that are capable of some of the .... I see on these shows.
