Dammit I'm seeing too many different things to know what to get....I don't want to blow up and I don't want to waste my money on the wrong kind,sorry for the many posts if u see my others,I just wanna make sure I grab the right kind for me..

Kenthal is what most people use. nicrome is what we used before kanthal was around.But some people still prefer it.

+1 for kanthal if you're just starting to rebuild. Nichrome has less resistance and is easier to mess up.
IMO, based on USAGE, the ONLY difference between the 2 is the 1-3 extra turns per coil. The Nichrome is a bit less resistant so gives a tiny bit more surface area at a given ohm. Runs a bit cooler and is a bit slower. Some say it makes better flavor. IDK about better, I can't tell the difference without an OHM Meter. There are 2 grades of nichrome; Nichrome60 and Nichrome80. I like the Nichrome80 the best, followed by Kanthal, and the Nichrome60 the least.
LightningVapes is the only place I've found that carries the 80 (They also have the Kanthal, so you can try a bit of both). I highly recommend them (but temco is good too).

Kidney Puncher carries the 80 as well. I just picked some up yesterday for rebuilding my OCC heads.
i'd agree with 93gc40 above. there's two reasons to use nichrome. the flavor (subjective) or the increased turns of wire, leading to more surface area and a potential for more vapor.
I started with Kanthal because most of the folks doing builds on YouTube were using Kanthal.
I stuck with it because it does what I want it to.

I have used both and can't tell the difference in taste between them. Some people claim they do, but it's probably in their head ( or mine ! )
My teeth aren't the greatest, and particularly with NI60 I get a harsh taste/feeling. I also can't stand stainless drip-tips for the same reason.
So it can depend a lot on the individual.
