I found a vendor on Facebook that has UK sourced nicotine. I got it today and it's very smooth without that nicotine gum or pepper taste. I love this for my non tobacco flavors. I was also able to lung hit it with a .35 ohm dual coil at 16 mg. I found this to be very impressive, because I didn't cough up a lung :D I had to take a seat because at this heat level the nicotine had my head spinning. I'm now vaping it on a single coil with raspberry flavoring. All I taste is raspberry. This nic is awesome !

I followed Jimi on the vaperstek trail and got my bottle of 100 mg VG nicotine last night. Here are my findings.

Nosing the 100 mg bottle failed to reveal any characteristic nicotine odor. At this point I knew I was in the wizard labs Ice and xtremevaping zone. To be honest I remember having an easier time smelling **something** with those nics if I really tried, but I couldn't get anything out of this. When I really got my nose in there maybe a slightly sweet smell (VG?). Not sure.

I mixed down to 18 mg with my usual 15% DW VG base. When I heated it in the microwave to facilitate mixing and flow of the VG I was able to get a sense of nicotine being present only when I stuffed my nose into the graduated cylinder and inhaled (not a good idea kids and I DO NOT recommend this kind of stupidity). Even then it was the faintest odor...not even really an odor but just a nose burn.

I set up a fresh wick in my patriot with .5 ohm duals (my all day vape these days) and dripped away. Throat and nose hit are fantastic, and man this stuff is CLEAN. Easily on par with Ice and xtremevaping. I want to say even better, but I'm relying on my memory here as I don't have anymore of those nics. Despite my head spinning from vaping double to triple my normal mg concentration on this set up, Ive been dripping it all day and cannot for the life of me get a lock on any kind of 'nicotine flavor.' Everytime I think I have I realize its probably my mind conflating the burn with an actual taste. None of that 'alkaline' snus-y thing at all.

I cut a bit down to 6mg to avoid a trip to the toilet and having run out of bottled water I used my tap. I swear this stuff is so clean I can actually taste my tap water in the vape. (Anyone who's spent a significant amount of time drinking purified water only will know what I'm talking about when I say that even good tap water, or 'spring' water for that matter has a taste).

Looks like there is a new kid on the block folks. Anyone who wants something like, or better than Ice or Xtreme, at a much better availability point (contra the former) and price point (contra the latter), this is it, no BS.

Very accurate description Cyrus :) I thought I had lost my taste buds yesterday because the taste is so clean unflavored. :D BTW my raspberry tastes even better today. Every hit tastes identical. I have to be careful when dripping, so I don't end up with a dry hit. :) I would say this is smoother than the ICE. I do remember the ICE had a bit more odor to it.

Seems to be plenty clean nic around now. I wish there was a place to point people to that want Peppery.

Was it only MFS that carried that??

MFS used to be nice and peppery and a while back so did wizard regular.

After the way MFS basically told me I was full of crap and to go eff myself I'm sorry to say that even if that good old nicotine were to become available through them I wouldn't return to it or ever recommend anyone do business with them.

Based on what Kurt said a while back Box Elder maybe the way to go for peppery/gamey, but I haven't tried them yet

Is Heartland Vapes as good as Nude or WL?

Also, does W.L's 500ml size come in a plastic or glass container?

thx

I find no meaningful differences between the Wizard Regular and Heartland liquid nic I've purchased. The nose is a bit different, but in each case the scent is so minimal as to be nearly indiscernible. Neither is perfectly colorless---both have a very slight yellowish tint, but I have to be in very good light and examine the liquid closely to see it. Performance seems identical to me---nice kick with no pepper---as well as tasting the same when mixed at 18mg. Both are at the very top of my list of preferred and inexpensive nics, with Heartland being the least expensive liquid nic I know of by far at $75 per liter shipped (with coupons often reducing that).

All three of my 250ml Wizard orders came in dark blue transparent hard plastic bottles. My two Heartland one liter orders came in opaque white plastic jugs.

+1 for Heartland. Very crisp and clean with a great TH and no odor. I love this stuff. 1L 100mg VG opaque white plastic jug with child proof cap, lot number, best used by date and MSDS label. I never had WL nicotine so I cannot compare. I had some from VZ that came in clear blue hard plastic bottles and from what I remember had a strong odor.

Hi everyone, After reading this thread, I have reached a conclusion that perhaps my taste buds are not up to par with super sensitive guys such as Cyrus or Jimi D among others. Perhaps that is why I do not detect any peppery taste in WL, nor was I able to detect the foul taste in the new Alchem, although I did notice a slight peppery taste in the old Alchem. With that in mind, am I going to see any improvement with a super clean nic like Vapers Tek? Heaven knows I have enough nic to last me a life time, but if I can get an indication from you guys, I may just go for it. BTW I vape at 8mg , mostly tobaccos - sometimes mixed with fruit. Sometimes I do flavorless as well.

After a week vaping with Vapers Tek nic. I am having a ton of fun with it. I had 2 coworkers which are heavy smokers try it. Normally they cough hard with just 1 hit. The youngest coworker wants to switch to vaping after he took 2 massive hits and said it's smooth like silk. He also said the Desert Voyager tasted amazing. My other coworker mooches off anything nicotine that he can find :D He loved it as well, and did not cough. Now, the results I'm getting is just incredible. I'm picking up subtle nuances from all my flavors, and never had an idea how fantastic flavorings actually are. I mixed up some Flavor West cinnamon bun with Lorann's cream cheese icing for my beloved. She has increased her juice consumption :D This nic is so clean that it changes the entire vaping expierence. I've compared my previous mixes to the new nic. I've had quite a few flavors that were meh. The new nic with the same flavorings is now WOW !!! The tobacco mixes taste richer and smoother like I've ever had before. I'm at the beginning stages with this stuff. As the days go by the flavor gets more detailed. It's definitely worth a try. I'm just excited on how this nic has changed everything about vaping :)
