Just got back from Wizard Lab's and Xtreme vaping's sites. I can't find the "ICE". Is there an option I am missing? Why is Xtreme NIC so expensive? $330.00 for a liter of 100mg that is $100 more than WL NORMAL price.
I've never had the elusive "Ice" either. From what I understand, you used to be able to ask for "Ice" in the comments section of your order. WL stopped offering it a few months ago. I've been watching their site hoping they would offer it again.
I don't have any information on the Xtreme nic, but wouldn't buy it just because of the price since there are other affordable options of quality on the market.

No worries tdinello, the VZ I have is fantastic and distinct; its a great middle ground for someone that finds MFS a bit 'too much' and WLI/XTR a little to 'bland' if its anything like what I have its a real jack of all trades! Not sure you would consider WLI a 'huge improvement' but you'll find out when it becomes available again :)

Finished medical school, so its M.D.

Congrats Dr. Cyrus  you'll always be Horsey to me. Very happy for you :)

I will always be horsey no matter what!

What they said about the Ice tdinello! Hoosier is the man that got me hip to xtreme vaping, and it is obscenely clean tasting/smelling stuff (like the Ice), but yes, the price point hurts a bit!

Has anyone had ECX over the past few weeks? I wonder how their nic is these days.

FWIW - I've been using WLR unflavored for a while now - mixed to 18mg, 75% VG, 25% PG and I detect no peppery taste. It does have sort of an acrid? bite . . it reminds me a little bit of the way nicotine patches smell - but I don't find it pronounced or unenjoyable. Mostly I just taste sweetness from the VG/PG.

I'll chime in here with another vote for Wizard Labs Regular.

Over the past two years, I've used liquid nic from five different sources (Batch Elder, Xtreme Vaping, Good Prophets, Void Mist, and Wizard Labs). I experience no peppery taste at all from Wizard Labs Regular. My last batch did yellow some over time, but that's been true of all the liquid nic I've used that was stored in the refrigerator rather than the freezer.

While I haven't sampled RTS, VapingZone, or MFS, I see no reason to buy anywhere but Wizard Labs. I trust John, and his prices are unbeatable---far and away the most inexpensive of any supplier discussed on this thread.

Thanks Bill, helpful as always... Btw, I'm doing DIY now cause you got me hooked on creamy caramel with your RY4 :)

Planning on making a Caramel mixed with Bavarian cream and maybe a hint of french vanilla

I sent an e-mail to Levy at Xtreme Vaping a few months ago. His select nicotine comes from a only a single factory source in China. That's one way he produces such a consistently excellent product. From there, he does QC and production in-house. Extreme Vaping base nicotine is very much a product of an individual craft and not so much an assembly line operation using multiple nicotine suppliers. Xtreme Vaping supplies some very well-known juice makers with base nicotine. Levy has a long and excellent track record with DIY folks here at ECF going back to the earliest days of DIY.

As far as price goes, it's not that xtreme and I can't understand why it's such an issue with some DIY vapers. I look at base nic cost on a yearly basis and purchase it in yearly batch amounts for freezing. I'm still saving a ton of bucks with DIY over pre-mix even with the cost of Xtreme Vaping base. I vape mostly unflavored DIY juice.

I received a couple of liters of ICE from WL not long ago. I had to wait for it a month when they could have shipped the Regular immediately. To me, the ICE was worth waiting for. So they DO still sell it and you DO have to ask for it, specifically.
What is the procedure for that? Email and wait for re-stock, or place the order and leave a comment/request? Also, how significant is the price difference if any?

I like the regular WL, but I would very much like to get some ICE on the next order.
