Nicotine levels in e-Juice... why?

Where did the common nic concentrations of 6mg, 12mg, 18mg, and 24mg come from? Why a factor of 6, when factors of 5 are so much easier to work with (especially with 100mg strength nic)?

Just curious.

Only the dragon knows for sure, but I'll bet big money that the dragon never used 100mg/ml. I'm betting they used the pure stuff...

Good question, its a mystery. DIY and you can use multiples of five or any other number.

Haha. Yeah, even with DIY people mix down to those numbers. Prolly has to do with Metric conversions.

I use 5 for my DIY and the places I get my nic from does also.

now that im thinkin. it is to simplify things. when you have a factor of 6 you can increment by 2, otherwise you get decimal numbers
