  • Reduced appetite
  • ........
  • Stomach pains
  • Nausea

I filled my cart earlier today with 24mg from a sampler I got forgetting about the strength (18mg keeps me normal and happy with no side effects). I wasn't thinking and just filed it up good and full because it's a really tasty flavor and vaped on it for a good while and got a headache, felt jittery, cold sweat on my forehead, and a tiny bit of tingling. I plan to use just a few drops in the mornings of this strength cause that's when I seem to really need a good fix. Anyway ya I just kinda spaced out about the different strength OOPS and I'm glad I didn't vape that strength any longer than I did. I took about an hour break from any vaping after that then resumed my 18mg and all is good.

Great information. One thing that I have experienced with the e-cig if regulating the time in which I vape. Unlike analogs, when you finish one you finish one. Timing how much you are using was very challenging at first, however, being around smokers helped a lot. My main issue is that when I get a new batch of juices, I get so excited to try each one, I end up with a nice buzz. Funny that I did not get the same feeling with analogs for years.

The thing is some of those are also side affects of just quitting smoking even if you don't use anything. Quit Smoking Side Effects

It really is a hard one to work out if you've either not had enough or too much.I dropped from 24mg to 18mg and was totally confused, was in panic mode, had a bad headache, all because i wasn't getting enough.Moved back to 24mg and was fine.

Great thread.Vape on, vape safe.
