I hope it isnt considered to much vaping or to much nicotine... I feel very good on these levels.

There are people who can suck down 8+ml a day of higher nic. Me personally, depending on the type of day, I can go between 1 ml to 4 ml but now that I've been exclusively dripping it's dropped down to almost 1 ml everyday.

Congrats on being smoke-free! I am about to hit 9 months myself in a couple weeks, I am on 18mg nic and plan to start weaning myself down. I don't know if I will ever stop vaping but I at least want to get off the nic in the long run.

Now can anyone tell me, have i improved than cig ?

Savoir-Faire is everywhere!
If you're not getting a headache, getting too jittery, or otherwise feeling bad from the nicotine content, you're doing fine. If you find you are craving cigarettes far too much and aren't experiencing any of those things, you should try upping your nicotine intake.

Once you've reached a comfortable happy medium and no longer crave the cigarettes much at all, THEN you can try reducing your nic content little by little. If the cravings come back, return to the higher level.

It won't be so important down the road. You'll find reducing the nic level is far easier after you've been away from cigarettes for a good length of time. It's far more than the nicotine that you are addicted to in the cigarettes.

Mind you, if you don't feel like reducing your nicotine level, that's okay, too. This is just if you want to.

How many mL you vape a day really is not a good gauge. So Many variables play into that. FOr example when I went over to RDAs my juice consumption doubled because I was running lower ohm coils. I was vaping just as much as always the RDA just burned more juice.

As long as you have no signs of being nic sick and are not craving cigs I'd say you are at the place that is right FOR YOU.
