Update, Rich did get a hold of me today and has let me know what is going on. This should take care of things and I will not have a problem ordering from him in the future. (if he follows through).
Hey all, really hate to do this since I have ordered from Rich a few times, especially since he is local, and up until recently have had nothing but good things to say. anyway, end of July I ordered some nic juice and a handful of flavorings. He sent out the order and wrote on the receipt that 2 bottles of flavoring were back ordered. But he also sent me 3 bottles of cinnamon roll flavoring instead of cinnamon red hot flavoring. I sent him an email a week or so later to let know about the mixup on the cinnamon flavoring and to check up on the backordered stuff. I never heard back from him, so I sent him another email early this morning. as of now, he still has yet to let me know what is up.
