I've always loved my RM2's. The Cyclone was nice for a change. Needless to say, I'm using my RM2's again, and have no complaints. I never have, really. My drip tip did get super hot with the Cyclone, which was frustrating. My favorite things about the Cyclone were the ease of squonking with dual coils and the hot vape. The vape quickly tapered off, though, to that of an RM2 with a fresh battery. Only took about five minutes of chain vaping at 0.20Ω.

I've essentially given up on my Cyclone at this point. My Dibby OliveR will be here within a month and I plan on using an Origen V2 with that. I might buy a Cyclops for it too, but my current Cyclone has been a nightmare, so I won't be in any rush to spend more money on VA products.

Did you ever get another top cap for your Cyclone and drill the second hole in the right spot or have you been making due with the one that you drilled wrong?

are you in the next run for a dibi? what wood have you got or getting?

mauls the day I saw you do a dual ugly coil @ .2Ω in the rm2 I wasn't far behind you, I haven't touched my cyclone since... not saying I wont but im in a happy place right now and don't want to leave :D

That I am. I have a slab of walnut reserved but he's going to be showing me two alternative options that are new to this run. I'll have first pick between the three. As far as the response to my "Ugly Coil" thread, I'm glad to hear that others are moving progressively forward with their Reo Grands and RM2's as well.

I didn't drill it wrong. I received it that way. But yes, I've been using that one. I started leaving some slack on the coils so that I can angle them more towards the center of the atty. They end up perfectly aligned with the air holes now, so the air holes are no longer an issue. It seems to be one thing after another with this thing, though.
