Damn.....that's creepy. Only from the classified....wow. How the heck did they do that? Scary.....
I've sold on the classys...but no PV's.
Wonder how Mike got busted in the first place too? Someone "squeal" on him? No friggin Pro for them.

What happened was I sold all of my old V4L batteries to a fairly new member. She did not have a PP account but her daughter did. Her daughter put in the comments section on PP this is for so and so's (mothers name) ecig supplies. But they said that they never mentioned the name salemgold or ECF. Creeped me out that they could just spy on me and figure it all out so easy.

Wow, I live in the classys here, this is bad news.......another member disputed a sale (she said the pv I sent her didn't work, all I know is it did 5 minutes before I closed the box!:grr:) and I sure that doesn't screw me up and put me on their radar. Jeez, I would have refunded the danged money but some people, well.........

UK customers would likely be happy to use Nochex if they can be weaned away from PayPal. A couple of UK suppliers used it until they found that PayPal weren't blocking them:?:

*wonders how the big Chinese sellers are able to offer PayPal:confused:

I think that these companies may be associated:
Contact Nochex : Online Payment Solutions
Auctionchex - Online auction payments exchange and escrow service
They probably use Pay Pal China. There's Paypal Canada and many more. It's just PayPal USA that are living in the dark ages.
The only way they could find out is from someone giving them a tip or a transaction that had ecigs in it. There are allot of backbitting wimps in this world.

I was in a coop with crimmy a while back. PP froze his account because they thought he was running a business and didn't have that type of account. Leave it to crimmy to BS them into believing that we all collected laser lights. Thankfully, they unlocked his account and all was well but it freaked him out really bad.

There's a ton of ecigs on Ebay and they all accept paypal BUT.....
I listed my old smoketip kit on ebay. It sold very quickly and the buyer paid me using paypal.
The next day I got an email from Ebay saying I'd broken their rules by selling an ecig and they cancelled the listing from their site. I got a warning that they would ban me from their site if I listed another such item. A couple of hours later I got an email from paypal saying I broke their rules by accepting payment for an ecig and they froze my account until I confirmed I re-read and agreed to their usage policy. They too said I'd be banned if I did it again. I pointed out to ebay that their are literary hundreds of ecigs listed on their site and I wanted to know why they singled me out. They said they audit their site as time allows and they just hadn't caught the others yet. They told me that ecig carry cases are the only item allowed, even if no nicotine is included, for example, batteries alone or empty cartomizers are not allowed. Crazy stuff. I can understand their banning nicotine containing items, but to ban an item that contains no nicotine because the buyer will eventually use it with nicotine is nuts.

It is really wierd that Paypal is so against the e-cig community, I mean Ebay owns Paypal and you can sell and purchase all these products on Ebay.

No you can't. Ebay is against selling anything with nicotine in it. The only legal thing you can sell on there are coupons for kits that direct you to another website.

If you are seeing ecigs being sold on there, watch the listing...it will eventually get banned.

Makes you think either Big Tobacco or Big Pharmacy has financial ties to PayPay huh?
