At the risk of sounding even more stupid, what the bloody heck is a "VV"?
Oh, Kanj! I really like the way that looks and what a price! Can't beat that to try something.
After 3-4 days on the forum, I would like to say that no one told me I was joining a group of rocket scientists! lol They didn't tell me there would be math... they didn't tell me I would need to be an electrician. I don't know what volts and ohms and mAhs even are!
So for those of us who couldn't balance a checkbook, even when we used checkbooks, please... for the love of vaping... tell us what setups we can use without hiring a tutor or buying a new calculator.
Please. For the love of vaping.

Not sure I understand the exact distinction you are making. I like your previous post:No necessarily. If you're using a standard device, it at least helps you to know what resistance is too high to really shine at 3.7-4 volts.
I wouldnt go with prefilled cartomizers. The liquids in them are rarely good and i suspect some may even prove dangerous (at least on a mild level). The eVod is simpler than pretty much anything i have used, and a eGo kit with matching eVod is like $9. Here
$9.27 EGO-EVOD 2-in-1 USB Rechargeable 900mAh Electronic Cigarettes Set - red / 2.6
And then you go to discountvapers.com and buy "replacement eVod/ Kanger 1.8ohm heads". Done.
I've threatened several times to make an e-cig with a dial on it...it just says "cooler" and "warmer" with arrows. No numbers. Maybe color gradient from cool blue to hot red or something (even though that's not how heat colors work).
.
It appears that the item comes with the battery and the charger, but not the atomizer shown. Should I get one on this site or go to the Dscount Vapors site for that, too?
And btw, you do know that I really don't know ... a "replacement eVOD/Kanger" thingie is, right? And why do I need a replacement for a thingie that I don't even have yet? I know. It's a head. That goes in a .. atomizer/cartomizer/clearomizer thingie. Do you need to replace them so often that you'd need to start out with spares on hand? And is it easier to do than it sounds?
I swear to God I'm not a complete idiot but the various pieces and parts can become very confusing and it would be a real bummer to order something and have it arrive, only to realize you didn't also order the thingamabob that makes it work.
Look, you can't make chili. Don't judge me.
