No throat hit from my atomizer?

I have purchased over the last few months a varied amount of batteries and atomizers from Liberty Flights and i dont know whether they just have really crap stock or thats there is somethign i need to do to prime the atomizer or something.

On my last order i ordered a dse901-t atomizer which didnt work from the fly, also i just recieved another and i am having the same problems, like sometimes i will get the occasional really good throat hit but other than that its dire to say the least, its awful.

I have tried lifting up the conductors using a pin on the atomizer and the battery but still no joy. What could be wrong here?

I use to have issues like that when I used small battery PV's. Once I moved to a regulated, 1800 mAh battery the consistency was much better other than the odd problem atomizer or cartomizer.
